“The item itself was great, the experience was poor, website overall was fine i ordered from Eurocarparts as although they were the most expensive the products have good reviews. Once i ordered the part, there was never any delivery information or ability to track where my order was in the process. I was not aware the part had been delivered until i went to take my bins out 3 days after it was due to arrive and found the part by my outside bins during a heavy downpour so the packaging was soaked luckily the item was fine. I had recieved no notification that the part had been delivered and no notification that it had been left by my bins.”

“I ordered a new battery for my car from the website using my vehicles registration. I went to pick it up and could see it was the wrong one. The sales guy then asked for my registration again and supplied me a battery. I fitted it with a struggle as it didn't fit properly. I MOT'd my car a few days later and it failed on the battery as it's the wrong size. I had to pay the garage to supply and fit the correct one. Total waste of my time and money. I won't use these guys again and certainly wouldn't recommend them either.”

“Handy that lots of parts are often available on the shelf. However prices are high, often double other retailers. And queue is always long, even when ive prepaid click and collect. There's usually only 1 operative serving, so can take a long time.”

“I bought a few items for click and collect; as soon as i received my confirmation I visited the store in Colliers Wood. Although the car park was busy, the store was empty; as it seemed other people were using their carpark spaces. I was served by a polite young gentleman who served efficiently, brought my items swiftly and overall a pleasant experience”
