“Battery ordered on line, I arrived before it was processed. That was my fault as arrived after about 15 minutes. The gentleman at the counter was very helpful and sorted me out correct battery in a few minutes. I recycled the old one then fitted the new one, car started on the button. GK”

“Was really busy, more than 10 in queue & only 1 guy in shop front & he was training someone. Did see several people in warehouse when I pulled up, dont know why they were helping. The guy was great, calm, efficient, helpful, a real credit to the place :)”

“I am very disappointed with my recent experience with Euro Car Parts. I entered the correct vehicle registration when ordering brake pads and a brake disc, yet the company still supplied completely wrong part numbers. This caused me a huge amount of inconvenience and wasted time. I relied on their registration lookup to ensure I was getting the right parts, but it clearly doesn’t work properly. Because of this mistake, my vehicle repairs were delayed, and I had to deal with unnecessary hassle to sort everything out.”

“I can't avoid giving my recent trip a 1 star, I ordered the part online, a regular standard maintenance item, windscreen wipers, when I got there, they took payment from my husband, then spend the next 20mins looking for the item only to come back and apologise for the item not being in stock. Check that the item is in the back before taking any money and I know these things happen but that did exasserbate the problem.”
