“I'm a regular buyer from ECP, but after my last experience this may be the last. Online order placed (all parts showing in stock). After a week of no communication and order still showing as 'processing' contact made with online support. Advised online support would contact processing store for update. The following day order still showing as processing, contacted online support and advised they still hadn't had an updated from processing store. Now outwith the 3 - 4 days delivery window, I requested if i could collect the order from the store in person, advised this would be possible. As I was leaving for the store, ECP arrived with the parts, unknown to me or the customer service team. Very poor communication (online support were very good), unlike the Edinburgh West branch.”

“It would be great if they had a separate collection point for people who pre order. The whole of which is speed of collection which doesn't work when people arrive and don't exactly know what they need or order atvthe counter.”

“Website says free delivery over £25 ....seems to actually be £50 ...also oil filter box had been sliced open and stuck back together...easy to send out stuff people wouldn't necessarily accept face to face”

“I bought front track rod ends for my Toyota Yaris, but the fitting was completely wrong, so I had no choice but to return and refund both of them. What is particularly frustrating is that your website lists multiple brands as compatible, yet none of them actually fit the vehicle. This is misleading and a complete waste of the customer’s time. If these parts are not compatible with the Toyota Yaris, they should not be advertised as such in the first place. It is unacceptable to sell parts that supposedly fit a specific vehicle when they clearly do not.”

“Chose windscreen wipers using the vehicle registration tool so ordered online and collected 20 minutes later. Unfortunately, they did not fit so i took them straight back. No suitable options in stock so a refund was processed. The funds were in my account 2 days later which, in my experience, is quite fast so no complaints. Good service overall - will continue to use them”
