“I ordered them online, they were there when I went to collect them.”

“Ordered online for delivery. Took 4 days to then tell me they couldn’t get the parts or any alternative however I was able to pick up an alternative in store so how was there no alternative? Also had issues where the parts stated it fitted the car based on the reg then did not for and I had to return them and get the correct ones was time my time. Also took a very long time for the refund for the delivery forcing me to pay twice for the parts.”

“I used to buy most of products from Euro Car Parts but last time was disappointing. I've ordered 2 brake cleaner bottles and went to collect them. Although I was at the front of the queue, but the staff member ignored me and served other customers as soon as the enter the store. He served 4 customers and ignored me! Therefore, I left without collecting the items.”
