“Ordered some scratch remover liquid,was told it was in stock and duly received a message to say it was ready for collection. On arrival gave my order number in and waited after around 5 minutes,the lad came back and told me it wasn't in stock, despite the email to the contrary,it wasn't a big issue but still a pain travelling there,for it not to be available.”

“Absolutely shocking . Delivery 5 days after expected . No contact from company . After I contacted them they said they would send it out urgent that day so stayed in and waited and it never turned up again . If you want a happy reliable service this is not the place to shop”

“Ordered a battery for car paid for next day delivery waited 2 days to be told dpd had delivered to neighbour. Go to neighbour no delivery. Day 3 no contact so try and fail to get them on phone. Finally get someone on chat who says DPD shouldn't be the courier and they will need to change that and promise delivery in next 2 days. That was a week ago. No update no contact so i email to cancel and then today it turns up via evri. Now I ordered same item via different company and received it within 12 hours delivered no issues by DPD.”

“I've bought a lot of parts from Euro Car Parts over the years and always found the service to 100% spot on, recently having bought a few different parts I ordered the wrong part and when I went to collect it, I asked the guy behind the counter if he could double check the part was compatible with my car, after a quick enquiry with my reg number the guy confirmed that it wasn't compatible and sorted the problem before I left the store, so I cannot fault these guys and will continue to use them when neccessary.”

“I got a good product on the end but the unclear website meant I ordered the wrong part form my vehicle (the photos are exactly the same for all different vehicles). The returns process very messy and unclear wasting a lot of time.”
