“When I purchase from Euro Car Parts I always use click and collect. However, my major gripe is when I arrive at the store there is usually a queue. There's only one person serving and some customers take significant time to complete their orders at the till. The person serving at the till also then has to go through to the warehouse to collect the items the person has ordered. The time I've had to wait too often is very excessive. It puts me ordering from ECP when the waiting times are far too long. Click and Collect shouldn't result in waiting in a lengthy queue.”
