“Oil filter given was incorrect, part number was right but picked incorrectly. Fitting was on sunday and i have to cut the old filter off, by then the store was closed and left the car off the road for the afternoon and morning. Very unfortuinate”

“Prefer front discs and pads online, went to collect the parts and they ordered in the wrong size discs, the car needed do be done that day, staff very unhelpful and had to buy full price ones they only had on the shelf, which were more than double the price of the ones I wanted.”
