“The pads should come with the brake sensors which was not part if the purchase or even recommended by your site or by the customer representative. I realized only when the mechanic mentioned that when he was replacing it and then yad to buy that separately. A proactive approach would have resulted in a win-win which is not the experience for me this time.”

“Ordered discs and pads online for collection, when I arrived at Chelmsford branch was told they were on the way so waited for about an hour in total but was then told there had been a mixup and were not on delivery. To cut a long story short ended up driving to Basildon to pick up myself as needed straight away. Poor organisation.”
