“Quick service, but I have to leave only 3 stars due to the fact that purchased brake disc wasn't fitting my car, although I've typed in my car reg in browser. That entailed unnecessary labour cost.”

“Order and collection service was very good. Only one thing that I had to point out was that I had actually ordered 2 x twin packs of headlight bulbs but only one twin pack was offered at collection time. As soon as I mentioned I had actually ordered two, sales person read the order sheet, was immediately apologetic and quickly went to pick the second set. Not a major gripe but the original picker should have read the order sheet correctly first time. Staff member who served me was brilliant, polite and rectified this immediately. All good otherwise 👍”

“Bought the brake pads through your site against the vehicle reg and the wrong one size. Not only that when i opened the box one pad had the wear indicator snipped off. Went to another supplier who provided the correct pads.”

“I ordered parts online using your registration checker, the parts arrived promptly, the mechanic attempted to fit and I was told they are the wrong ones. Returned to local shop, got told you can’t just bring them back and pay the difference, had to purchase the correct ones and I will get a refund in 5 days. In the mix of this, the discount I got online was wiped out. Very poor service”
