“Absolutely useless! Reserved a part online to collect at the Gloucester branch. I arrived at opening time on a Sunday morning, the store was late opening, by the time it eventually opened there was a massive queue of customers waiting outside! I was eventually served, the member of staff took my payment and then spent the next 15 minutes looking for the part. This is not the first time I have experienced this at the Gloucester branch. Sort your staff out and sort your stock levels out! Can I also suggest your staff find the part before taking payment so customers don’t have to wait for a refund!”

“The service I received was very good and that's why I've given it a three star since every other aspect of my trip was just disappointing. Although, I perfectly understand that mistakes can be made and I'm sure if I were to make an order in the future that this will not occur again. In essence, I made an order for ignition coils and arrived to the wrong parts being given which I needed today but once I returned the wrong parts I was given I was told that I would need to wait until tomorrow to get the parts I wanted (understandable) so I had to get a refund and pay somewhere else for the same part (which was an additional 100 pounds since the items I wanted were discounted at ECP but no where else near me) which definitely sucked a little, but these things happen. The man on till was very kind and helpful and I would come again despite this mishap.”

“Excellent service,Needed a battery quickly,had it in store on shelf.Reserved.Picked up by my son for wife;s car on a holiday break.Have used europart before,reliable and straight forward service In/Not in.Have used mant times before as an amater mechanic.You need parts when servicing/repairing your own cars.And 1st place I think off.”

“Every time I place an order through online I get the wrong part for the car, their system is not adequate or functioning as it should when putting the reg number 3 times I had my rear brake pads wrong even when I ordered by the counter, also when I placed the order online it say next day collection and I had to wait 5 days for the part , it’s so frustrating as I can’t get the right parts for my cars !!!!”
