“Great service other than 2 things. Need more staff as the queue is long ( 5 deep). Once you reach the representative. They do full refund, which takes 3-5 days and then charge the full amount for the item you are swapping. I get it, Euro Car parts keeps the credit for a few more days while the customer pays twice, until the credit comes through, worth a lot of interest across the UK. But we get there in the end. All in all, ok.”

“Not happy with the service I received. I turned up at 3:52 on a Saturday afternoon for the door guy/ security guy to shout across the road that I was not to come in as they close at 4pm. I have still not picked up my parcel so would like a refund please”

“Still waiting for an issue of missing parts to be resolved. My email asking for the parts (2-off brake disc retaining screws so easy enough to post in small envelope) to be mailed to me was either misread, ignored or dealt with by AI as I received a response saying that my return request (which I had not made) had been approved. Very disappointing as the people at the branch I use (Christchurch, Dorset) are always friendly and helpful. I didn't return to the store to raise my complaint as it's a 11/2hr round trip for something easily dealt with (or so I thought!) by email and post.”

“Arrived at the Bolton store to pick up a brake hose. This was a Saturday afternoon. I was met by a young lad who when spoke to couldn’t hear me properly as he has ear buds in. He didn’t seem very interested in working there at all! Anyway I got my brake hose and life goes on.”
