“Five out of five stars for having the exhaust back box forc2006 Prius in stock for collection when I needed it, but **ZERO** out of five stars for losing the order for the middle silencer unit I ordered for delivery. Took the money for the unit, 3-4 days std delivery, a week later no parts. Phoned customer service - they promised to create a manual order and email me that they'd done so, that was three days ago. No contact, no parts. This is the second time this has happened. When it works, it's a fabulous service. When it doesn't, you're stuffed.”

“Ordered a 3metre telescopic brush, received email ready to collect from Hayes branch. Picked it up 2 days later, on Saturday, got home and it was the wrong one, was given a 2 metre. Went back to shop and was told they would get the 3 metre in for Monday. Asked if they would drop it off to my workplace close by, was told yes. Nothing arrived on Monday, after phoning again they said would drop it off Tuesday and it did eventually arrive. Why say it is in stock when it wasn't, I was even told by a staff member that they never stock the 4 metre one at that branch. Not a very good experience at all., very lack customer service.”

“Having done a click, I arrived at the outlet and found a long queue with only one harrassed assistant. Half an hour later I had my battery. What is the point ofdoing a click and collect if I still have to queue for half an hour. The price of the battery was good however.”

“Easy online ordering site. Free delivery over a certain amount. My only problem is, sometimes when ordering various items ie.. fuel filters, oil filters etc, there's usually one item unavailable for delivery, so therfore, you have to buy the more expensive alternative, otherwise everything is good.”
