“Got giving the wrong parts when picked them up from the store. Had to pay the mechanic an extra hour for his time on my car and then had to go pay out right for the right parts while I waited for my refund and wasn’t offered anything as a sorry!”

“I ordered a part as seen on the website but the 'part', a sack barrow wheel, was not as described. It took 2 hours to go around 3 of your shops to try and get this right. Sadly for me I had to order from elsewhere in the end. However, the staff at your shop in Wales Bar were very helpful and reassuring.”

“Battery on my wife's 2011 V70 needed replacing. Euro Car parts online guide helped me choosing the correct one for the vehicle which I ordered for collection. It was a fair price and ready for me on arrival. I fitted it no problems.”

“The online ordering service and in store experience were excellent. I visited both the Uxbridge and Hayes branches as I was replacing a car battery. The first battery was too low and therefore needed to be returned and an alternative purchased. As Uxbridge did not have the alternative I was able to return the first battery to the Hayes branch where I collected the replacement. The refund for the first battery was done this cleared on my credit card within 3 days. When I phoned the customer service number to query if I could return the first battery to Hayes and not Uxbridge the person on the phone said that they did not know and that I should call the Uxbridge branch. I asked for a number for the Uxbridge branch and was told that they did not have a number. The customer services line support therefore prevented a 5 star review.”
