“Avoid! Staff haven’t got a clue. Trade counter understaffed and they just don’t care. Ordered online for home delivery. Spent a week after the delivery date chasing. Customer Services couldn’t/wouldn’t help and when I phoned the store all I got was ‘drivers have gone home, nothing I can do, I don’t know why your delivery hasn’t been sent out’’. Ended up having to go to store to collect myself. Recently ordered gearbox oil, went to collect as delivery staff can’t be trusted, item out of stock even though I reserve online and then I was given motor oil instead of gearbox oil. Take your money elsewhere. Even if you have to pay a little bit more at a competitor to get better service.”

“Bad customer service, most of the staff are rude they have no basic manners and look miserable. Wrong parts given even tho they checked them on computer and assured me they would fit. Standing around for over 20 minutes waiting for parts to be brought out and don’t even get a thank you for waiting. Won’t be using them again. Il go elsewhere”

“Ordered 6pc box spanner set. that was easy peasey, Went down to collect my order, nice a clean but no one but no one to see then a young man appeared and dealt with my order politely & efficiently, the spanners were in good packaging yes excellent service.”

“I rang to order some parts . I spoke with a very friendly man- who gave me valuable advice on what to buy - checking my vehicle reg. number to make sure I got the right bits. Because I didn't need them right away I opted for the free 3 day delivery service but they arrived at my home a few hours later with a very friendly delivery man.. OK I know that was done to suit you but I got 25% off any way. So I got a good price from a local source-what more can you ask? Thank you”
