“Drove 50 mile round trip to find my parts not in, after 40 mins wait found one of my parts , returned home only to find part did not fit my car, even though I ordered with my car registration number, another 50 mile round trip to return for a refund, total disaster only offered a sorry not even a small voucher off my next purchase for my inconvenience, will not be using them again any time soon.”

“On my day off pick up I stood in the shop floor for 5 minutes before the member of staff who was at the other side of the door was busy chatting and laughing away. I was then greeted with not once ounce of customer service, I gave over my collection number to which she said another member of staff to collect and was then again stood waiting for what felt like a life time then the member of staff came back with my order, he just set it in the bench and walked off, not one word was spoken or even a try of a smile. I have worked in retail for 20years now I if I ever gave customer service (or NO customer service) that I received I would have lost my job.”

“Happy that they stocked the K&N part I needed, but had to message the manufacturer to confirm part number and suitability for my car as the Eurocarparts website said it wasn’t right but ultimately the manufacturer said yes and it fits perfectly.”

“Felt pretty frustrated with the service at Walsall store when I received an email to confirm my reserved items . On arrival the item wasn't available and was told this problem often happens with this particular product. A phone call to prevent a wasted journey would have been helpful. Not a happy bunny!”
