“Ordered online and paid in advance all parts for my old car. It was x2 order. It shows me on the website that it's in stock on the shop I chose. When I arrived there next day for collecting I was informed that second order parts aren't in stock and I've to come back next week for collection. Cancelled the second order because I find parts somewhere else with better prices and available immediately. Awaiting for refund.”

“Took 8 days to deliver my items , I contacted them multiple times to be told your order will be with you tomorrow and it never was , then I was told it wasn't in stock”

“Staff were very helpful and polite and knew what they were talking about. Please review the privacy choices on your website though. Default should be whether customers want to opt into giving consent for cookies, not have to trawl through lists of vendors to turn consent off.”

“The part was fine but I paid for next day delivery with a 1hr window notification. The notification in the morning said between 7am to 10pm!! I never got a one hour window so had to wait around. Not impressed”

“Reserved a can of clear laquer online. Change of circumstances meant I no longer required the can. Enquired about cancelling reserved item, Answer was to not worry and let it end the reserve time, what they don't tell you is about the constant email reminders to pick the item up and pay for it. Why not just have the oprion to cancel the reserve request?”

“Delivery in under an hour. I was so impressed with euro Car Parts. I went to our excellent local motoring shop to purchase a new set of windscreen wipers as they were an unusual fitting. I immediately went online to euro Car Parts and ordered the wipers. I arrived home in under an hour, having received a phone call from Europe's Car Parts to find the wipers had already arrived. Incredible service.”
