“Got break bulb for sons car works great price was very cheap”

“Every time I place an order through online I get the wrong part for the car, their system is not adequate or functioning as it should when putting the reg number 3 times I had my rear brake pads wrong even when I ordered by the counter, also when I placed the order online it say next day collection and I had to wait 5 days for the part , it’s so frustrating as I can’t get the right parts for my cars !!!!”

“Not as good as they use to be. Local shop shut, closest wont deliver so has to come centrally which is a lot slower, almost twice quoted delivery time. not all parts advertised where available either. customer service were helpful; but shouldn’t have had to deal with them.”

“Website is terrible. Type in the reg and still gives a 1000 options. And if you order the wrong ones by mistake staff can be really clever and obnoxious. However this time was the staff members fault I got the wrong part. Ordered brake pads for a combo and got some for a Picasso”

“Purchased replacement wiper blades, excellent price. Ordered online and collected the next day. Process was quick and easy online and collection the same with good customer service. Easier than ordering from Amazon or Ebay as there is always the risk that the items linked to your vehicle registration on those sites may be incorrect, it has happened to me before. Anyway Euro Car Parts highly recommended. 10/10”

“When I went to collect from the Oxford office on Saturday 8th August I found the office all shut and a member of the warehouse team handling trade collections but, no one was there to do click and collect collections as he said the person was ill, management knew about it but hadn;t done anything about it. This meant I had to return the 40 mins home and travel again to collect on Monday morning which was really sub optimal.”
