Worst experience ever its been 2 weeks plus since I've called them to cancel my order and i still haven't received a refund

Ordered online, got email to say when ready for collection. Went to collect, staff pleasant and helpful. All in a quick turn around. Nothing bad to say. Top service!

I once bought a car tyre pump from EuroCar parts It was absolute rubbish. Their car parts are ok though, but they shoudn't sell bad quality general accessories. It gives off bad vibes. The moral of the story is dont sell rubbish!

Easy to order online but waiting in queues when collecting with only 1 till operating and others in office behind glass looking like not willing to come out and help out on front desk to speed customer waiting times when collecting parts

Shocking experience and appalling customer service! I made a purchase of a couple of items online to collect at our local store that same afternoon. Once I had paid for the items, the message came up stating that they would not be available until the following day. I contacted the store and was advised by Richard to place another order with a different part that was in stock (costing £25 more) which would be available that afternoon, and I would receive a full refund for the initial items within 5-7 working days from when the items arrived instore. I contacted the store again the following day after recieving a notification that the initial parts were in for collection. Following a long wait on hold, finally got through to someone the other side of the country (Norwich) who said they would email the local store to request they refund me. The following day I contacted the store again to check this had been recieved and refund in progress. I was advised it had been refunded and would have refund back on my card within 5 working days... So this has not happened and it is a day short of 2 weeks now... Called store again on hold for 10 minutes, then Katy said she couldn't help or see the transaction then fobbed me off with a customer service number, said I needed to speak with them..called and waited on hold for 25 minutes, then gave up a called store back, another 10 minutes on hold before being told that the order was in archive and they cant see anything on it now, Mark said he would call the customer service on my behalf, and ask them to call me back....So, it is now 3 days later, and I am still waiting for this 'callback'. Gave up waiting, and tried calling customer service again, and managed to get through to Amy after a super speedy 9 minutes on hold, she advised me she can see a store request for a callback on the system, but thjey are very busy...but the store had not put the order through for a refund correctly originally so not picked up, and that their refund 'robot' was not working so she has to put the refund through manually, this will take 3 days to get back to my card. Assured an email will be sent to confirm this, no email recieved at all, however, finally got my refunfd back 4 days later...only took 2 and a half weeks.

The order placed was not received within the advertised timescale. Follow up was made difficult owing to the complication of the automated system. Very difficult to get to speak to a person concerning the order

I odered the car battery and collected as advised in the email. The counter staff member was helpful and the heavy battery (over 20 kg) was brought to the car for me by another member of staff. Note the questions below about delivery etc. are not applicable—I collected the car battery.
