“Not great. A week after ordering still.no.contact from store. Purchase email said delivered but it was sat on a shelf and no one knew "how to contact me" as apparently my phone number didn't go across.l, but no email to say how to ring you. So I paid for delivery to only have to go and get it”

“Order my parts online, went to branch, the guys at the desk just weren’t helpful. The order hasn’t come through yet…… I work for Euro in that branch in the sales office…. You can find the order…. I had to wait 20mins for these mongs !! Get better staff !!”

“The prices are excellent and CUSTOMER SERVICE easy to work with. But I should really drop more than one Star because after waiting 10 days for delivery, I called them and was told it’s out of stock in the mail order warehouse. It turns out that it is in stock in my local warehouse and my nearest euro car parts store will get it in for me. So retail is five star but Mail order only three star therefore an average of four..”
