“I ordered parts online using your registration checker, the parts arrived promptly, the mechanic attempted to fit and I was told they are the wrong ones. Returned to local shop, got told you can’t just bring them back and pay the difference, had to purchase the correct ones and I will get a refund in 5 days. In the mix of this, the discount I got online was wiped out. Very poor service”

“The guys in the Abergele branch were so helpful. 1st time using Euro Car parts , buying some things for my mini for a mobile mechanic to fit. Asked them to double check everything I'd choosen was correct, no problem at all, carried the heavier items out to my car for me in the pouring rain. Will definitely ne returning”

“Not happy with this battery at all, bought it in november, it worked for a couple days and then just dead, had AA come out and confirmed, no battery charge, so returned and got a like for like replacement as the next one up was £100 more. Stop/start has not been working, dodgy starts and a whole bunch more. Went away on holiday for a week, came back and now car is totally dead again. I live over an hour away from the city and time is not always on hand to go return items, but now have to make the trip once again to change item and get something better hopefully.”

“Not happy with the service at Shrewsbury. Went to collect an item at 12.10pm a couple of weeks ago. Waited and waited for attention even after ringing the bell twice. Staff were in the office and in the store room. Not good.”
