“Stood around waiting for 25 minutes on a Friday lunchtime to collect a click and collect order of a pair of windscreen wipers because there are "insufficient staff to man the tills" while I could see at least three people chatting in the warehouse.”

“Ambiguous wording on website. This is for a single boot strut. 'Both sides' refers to the part being a universal fit for the left or the right side of the boot NOT that both sides are provided as a pair. Part very easy to fit though and works well. Don't bother with click and collect. Service awful at branch, waited for over half an hour. Worth paying the extra delivery fee (which I did for the second one of the pair)”
