“While I was not happy with the original service provided in respect of stock availability after order, the staff did try to rectify things to turn it around. Liam took over from the AI chatbot to deal with it. Manager of the store called to say he was ordering what I originally wanted and was received a few days later.”

“Not good, I came back with this part and ststed that it would not fit, your receptionest went to the staff in the back room and assured me that it was a correct part, I eventually allowed my self to be persuaded that it was the correct part so I tried again, this time I was a little less sympathetic and broke the part which just didn't fit. I went on line and ordered the part and got an email to verify the vehicle in question, and 2 days later got the part and fitted it no problem. so not very happy as I had similar situation a couple of years ago when Euro Car parts tried to sell me the wrong Timing belt, and they eventually agreed with me on details that I had to supply.”

“Very poor service, only 1 person serving so if they dealing with an enquiry you can expect to wait even if the queue is going out the door. Doesn't seem to ask for more assistance to help with the people queueing. You should have a click and collect counter for faster service.”

“I bought a car battery from your St albans Branch last week. I used your online service to match the exact battery I needed to my car. They were able to identify my exact car once i entered my registration ensuring I received the correct battery. They had a few brands to choose from. The staff were friendly and chatty and even tested the battery infront of me to make sure it was fully working before I took it away. Unfortunately, before I got to fit the battery, I had some bad news regarding my car and decided to scrap the car. I feared this might be an item which they wouldn't let me return. However, I returned the battery easily with my receipt and the money went back on my card swiftly afterwards. I Despite not needing the item in the end, I was happy with the help I received.”

“Always get the parts ordered, but often the part is listed online as 'in stock' but is unavailable for in store pick up, or for home delivery, so is basically not in stock, and you can only check at checkout, when you have to go and switch the part for a different one”
