“I've bought a lot of parts from Euro Car Parts over the years and always found the service to 100% spot on, recently having bought a few different parts I ordered the wrong part and when I went to collect it, I asked the guy behind the counter if he could double check the part was compatible with my car, after a quick enquiry with my reg number the guy confirmed that it wasn't compatible and sorted the problem before I left the store, so I cannot fault these guys and will continue to use them when neccessary.”

“I got a good product on the end but the unclear website meant I ordered the wrong part form my vehicle (the photos are exactly the same for all different vehicles). The returns process very messy and unclear wasting a lot of time.”

“Ordered twice from them, each time my order was delivered next working day. Second time one item was missing from my order but this was rectified swiftly by the company, they sent someone the next day with the missing item. Happy with my purchases and will use them again.”

“Product was available and a good price. However, advising I pay for it online beforehand to save time in store is a farce. I arrived, there were 2 people in the store ahead of me. I waited for 5 minutes to let them know I had placed and order online - had to read out the entire order number, where as last name and last 4 digits would suffice - I'm quite sure. I then had to wait for nearly 15 minutes for someone to 'pick' the single item with barely any acknolwedgement from staff. I asked one of the idle workers at the desk if they had any of specific item in stock, whilst I was waiting, they told me she wasn't sure and to 'look over there'. No offer of searching or choosing to learn about the specific item I was after. Eventually, my order came from through the back. I worry to think about what the service would be like when there's more than 3 people in store on a quiet Sunday morning.”

“Oil and air filter prices were cheaper than elsewhere but engine oil was significantly more expensive hence bought it from somewhere else which was inconvenient. Also the above parts were not available straightaway at my local branch and I had to wait and reschedule oil change appointment.”
