“Ecoflow Delta 2 - I waited for a week for a delivery date after purchasing the portable power supply and eventually lost patience and made a formal complaint. Once the issue had been escalated communication was good prior to that I made numerous calls asking for progress reports. I appreciate a lot of high value items are expensive to stock but that should be made clear at the time of purchase. Items on the website appear to be available when in fact they aren’t. My money has been refunded but I would rather have had the power supply in good time as I had to go to the trouble of buying elsewhere.”

“Bought brake pads, discs and battery and use their save30 code which was great. Had to take the pads back as there was a wrong sku listing in their catalogue. This involved a refund and re purchase and of course I couldn’t use the discount on the re purchase. Did it in store but via online. Had to wait 45 mins, when was promised 15mins and in the the salesman just picked off the shelf. It wasn’t my fault you gave me the wrong part”
