“I ordered the parts online for collection and it was super easy. It was quite a large order but the parts were ready to collect the very next day. The staff at my local Euro car parts were so friendly and the gentleman helping me with my order actually carried the very heavy car battery out to the car for me which was very kind. It was a lovely experience all round.”

“Progressively getting worse. Been buying parts from euro car parts for about 20 years. Getting more and more difficult to find the parts needed. These days it's about 5th on the list. Constantly don't supply what's needed.”

“I made this purchase on line and was asked to collect my order after 2 days at the selected store. when I arrived at the store for collection I was told the order wasn't complete as certain parts were missing. I visited the store for 3 consecutive days after that before I collected my order. I was told ut had something to do with the delivery of parts. The staff was nice and helpful but I wasn't too impressed on receiving my order on the 4th day from the original collection date and the 4 trips I had to make.”

“The online product codes don’t match the shop catalogue. I bought discs and pads for my Ford focus online and paid my mechanic £60 to try and fit discs that were too big. Of course I was refunded for the incorrect product but was still left £60 out-of-pocket for wasting my mechanics time.”

“Went to pick up parts ordered online and the guy on the desk was very rude, said they're not ready as you only ordered them an hour ago. It was 2 hours before I went to pick them up and there was no time specified in the email, just the day. Won't be back to Boucher road branch”
