“First time retail customer of ECP and really really impressed. Sourced exactly what I needed at an extremely good price. Able to collect within the hour and surcharge return part refund done immediately. Lovely team at Whiffler Road Norwich all super helpful. Very happy indeed 😜👍.”

“Not bad except got given the wrong scent of air freshener as to what id ordered. Also the cans looked like they'd been opened and possibly used as the stickers had been ripped between can/cap.”

“I experienced very bad service. Ordered a power wash and had not received it 2 weeks after ordering when delivery was 2-3 working days. Called the office spoke to assistance who said I will called back no-one did phoned several times no-one responded. After 2 half weeks I asked for a refund. Still waiting but it’s only been 3 days since cancelling”

“Ordered twice and product says available. Get to the store and it is out of stock. Slough branch is grubby and very slow. System down on Sat 4th which meant a return trip for a refund for the paid for unavailable parts.”

“I dont think I will be back. Arrived 10.30 Sat AM to pick up - happened to be on my way somewhere else anyway. Queue of 20 people waiting for pick ups and very little action behind the counter . Gave up and came back on my return two hours later - same again. Eventually succeeded Sunday morning 10am as the doors opened. Its home delivery, or pick up from someone lse who can run an efficient trade counter.”
