“Ordered the wiper blades for collection. The price was good and location easy for me. One person working on the counter so when as customer had a return and rebuy it created a queue. When it was my turn, if was quick and the staff very polite. The blades were an easy fit and work better than the factory fitted ones.”

“I ordered brembo pads and discs for an Audi A1 online. These showed in stock and were delivered. However they were completely the wrong size. I called the store to return and was told this okay to do. Upon arrival at the store I was told that I would have to pay extra for the same discs and pads and thatthe 10% discount was not applicable in store. It was also incredibly difficult to get the refund. I would not order brakes from here again.”

“Wiper blades were well packaged, but I found the Transit ones the universal adapter clips were a poor fit to the wiper arm. Unfortunately I had to purchase another pair from my local B&H, due to not fitting like the original equipment as I was selling the van the following day.”

“Part was fine, if quite dirty due presumably to someone else returning it. What I can't forgive is the so called free gift that tricked me into a subscription which was a nightmare to cancel and I'm still not certain I won't be charged. This needs to be resolved.”

“Great price on locking wheel nuts. I did a click and collect but when i arrived there was a long queue so had quite a wait as only one person serving. Probably my fault fo going at lunchtime. Otherwise all good.”

“Absolutely dogsh*t. Wrong parts, wouldn't refund due to box being open (was open when received), eventually did refund but had to wait "up to 5 working days". Parts labelled as in stock on the website but told they didnt have it. Customer was left without a car due to no parts and it already being stripped, I was left out of pocket with no Parts and an upset customer. Absolutely shameful.”

“Ordered a wheel bearing, got a call saying it was in, went to collect to find out it was the wrong one so never too it. They ordered the "correct one" and 3 days later it was in store. Went to collect, opened the box to fine it was a used part and broken! He took this one away and sai he had ordered 2 in so he would get the other bearing. When he came back, I opened the box and this one was new. Tool it home to fit, remove old bearing and checked measurements against new one for it to be yet again the wrong bearing! Ended up ordering a wheel bearing from else where which came in stoke within a couple of hours and fitted that day. Returned euro car parts wheel bearing and told them that again this was the wrong bearing and that I had sourced one locally (as they were a 70mile round trip for me). Got my refund. I will not be using euro car parts again in the future as I gave them the benefit of the doubt this time would be different but no, most times i use this company its normally the wrong part that's given to me.”
