“The service was not good, after entering my reg details, the site gave me options for what I needed, I ordered the one it recommended and it was wrong. so I removed the part and took it to my local shop and they gave me the other option which again was wrong. Luckily I was able to get the right one first from another supplier.”

“Ordered car body filler for click and collect at Widnes branch and checked product before leaving and found that tube of filler had been opened and was coverd in gunk , also applicator was missing. This item was obviously a return which had been used. Replacement not available therefore asked for credit which I received after a while. Won't bother using again.”
