“Unfortunately after 4 trips to the shop in Gloucester to pick up my item it’s not been available all I could get told is the shop that’s holding it has not yet sent it to them. To add to the absolute absurd mess I’ve even received emails saying I must pick it up or it will be returned, that’s very hard to do if it’s never arrived in the first place.”

“Bought Jerry Can - Ridiculous queue - Guy behind counter couldnt log into his computer and had to get help. Should have had more staff - a lot were standing around waiting for a delivery - I talked to manager he wasn't fussed - said talk to head office - "tell them we need more people"”

“I had to order new brake discs and pads for my ford kuga. Using the website was extremely easy with the car reg checker finding compatible parts. I placed my order at around 1pm and was surprised to find it was delivered the same day a few hours later! Excellent service and would definitely recommend eurocarparts”

“Great Easter Promotion on all car parts when I purchased a front brake disc and pad set from Euro Car Parts. The parts were budget brand Eischer, but were very competitively priced with the included promo discount. Parts arrived within 5 working days and was just an easy process from start to finish. If prices could slightly come down in line with trade prices, this would be my 100% retailer for all car parts.”
