“Ordered car battery online. It was ready for collection next morning, which was great as my daughter had just called me to tell me her cars battery had finally given up completely. Collected the battery the staff member in the store was friendly and helpful. In no time I was on the road to rescue my daughter. Fitted the battery car started first time. In all great service and great value for money.”

“I ordered and pre-paid through click and collect at the Kings Norton branch, I received an email the following morning to say my order was ready to collect from 08:15, I arrived around 10:00 to find it wasn’t ready to collect at all, and after 15 minutes of the staff fumbling around the stockroom, found that it wasn’t even in stock! They then had the nerve to try and sell me a similar item for £20 more than the one I ordered. Euro car parts do not offer a click and collect service, despite what it says on their website. Other retailers manage this service successfully. Euro car parts do not! They need to spend some time asking how other business run a proper click and collect service, rather than their click, waste fuel, wait then leave empty handed service!”
