“Ordered brake discs and pads for my Mondeo , paid for same day delivery £7.95 . Didn’t arrive until next afternoon. Not very good service. Tried contacting customer service to get refund on my delivery and couldn’t speak to anyone only automated response. So no refund or reply back from customer service. Won’t use this service again. Poor”

“Frequent issues with parts fitment. I recently purchased a belt tensioner online for collection- Confirmed to fit my vehicle. I collected the part and on comparison it was the incorrect size pulley and part, took it back to be told it was for a totally different car and it should never have been supplied to me in the first place? This isn't the first time I have wasted journey ferrying incorrect parts back for refund or replacement but it is the last- Won't use Eurocarparts any longer, They get it wrong and their prices have become ridiculous and non competitive..”
