“I needed a part for my car, used my license plate to see if it was the correct part for it. Ordered the part online for express delivery for the next day. Didn't get it for the next day, got it 2 days later. When I got the part, it wasn't even the part I ordered. Went to the Southampton branch to see what was going on. No apologies for inconvenience, just blaming me for ordering the wrong part. Got told I will get a full refund and it will be processed on 15th Dec and I'm still waiting for it.”

“If everything had gone perfectly it would have been easy to give a 5 star review but things did not go perfectly. However the customer service team were brilliant and deserving of a six star rating. Communication was both by email and telephone.”

“Replacement MAP sensor was a perfect fit for the VW, what a massive difference this £22.49 part makes to the performance of the car, very hard to diagnose as the issue manifested threw no codes! Euro Car Parts came good with my online search and order for immediate availability of a quality replacement part, great communications about my order collection which was very fuss free, all this at a very competitive price, my car is back to 100% again!”
