“I bought the 20L Auto Finesse all purpose cleaner... a few days later I received an email saying it couldnt be delivered to my location & if I wanted a refund to either call or reply.... i replied at first waited a few days & heard nothing so i tried calling, ended up waiting about 40 minutes listening to music & still never got through to anyone so emailed again, few waited a couple of days still nothing so phoned again, couldn't get anyone then eventually a reply & got it sorted but still have to wait a further few days for the refund to clear back in my account.... absolute hassle for something that should have been simple 😵‍💫”
