“My first time purchased that I never received. Was only contacted, after a few non-replied emails, by a guy who said they had been trying to deliver the item, although no email was sent with a ETD nor a tracking update was ever done and no note was left at my address. I ended up cancelling everything. Payed 6,94£ and they refunded 2,99£. It's not about the money, but it's about the whole attitude and incompetence. Do NOT buy anything from this company, that's my good advice.”

“I ordered a socket the night before and was able to pick up early next morning. Fantastic. I used to buy oil from there too, however the price of oil there is ridiculous now. Far cheaper elsewhere.”

“Good delivery within two days. No tracking information or txt confirming delivery so lost a star. Products are reasonably priced though click and collect says 15 minutes but again they never confirm collection. Happened several times at Leicester”

“Purchased door protectors for my daughter`s mini. Look good but made out of hard plastic and not flexible in any way. Unless the door is perfectly straight then they won`t fit. Instructions do say to put in hot water and they become flexible but this doesn`t happen even in boiling water. Tried a mild light blow torching but no good. Went in the bin.”

“Had to wait for over 35 minutes to collect one item I ordered online whilst what seemed like the only person working there was dealing with a large order for what I presume was a delivery driver. Get someone else working a till or have a separate area for delivery drivers to collect.”
