“I purchased a battery from ECP and paid for express delivery. Evri their courier partner advised me that the item was too large and would need a specialist courier to deliver? And couldn't let me know when delivery would be. Seems wierd that they must sell loads of batteries everyday? Anyway after speaking to customer services, I suggested I pick the item up from my nearest depot, this was agreed. After a 40mile round trip and it being 2 days late I now have it. The depot in Kings lynn were good, and even said they would deliver the item, but I was just turning into the ind estate.”

“I ordered to headlights for a mini it was easy to order and was ready to pick up the next day, I have never had a problem ordering or collecting from euro car parts and I had to take something back before due to ne ordering the wrong part and it was no hassle at all. I have put no to delivery on time as I collected it and it was in store at the time they said”

“Ordered a new battery online for next day delivery, and It was the cheapest price I could find. Fast delivery and very pleasant courier guy. The whole process was very quick and easy to do online and can't fault the delivery service. Would definitely use again.”

“Got some new front brake discs and pads for my ford focus good quality,did notice that the brake disc box had been opened and one of the discs was not in its protective bag and had slight surface rust on it, no problem just cleaned it with some steel wool and it was ok”
