“The part wasn't there (ordered online), the only substitute was over double price. Even the Staff seemed dejected and disappointed with whatever process had gone wrong and the lack of anything they were allowed to do about it.”

“Ordered a part for same day collection, when I arrived to collect I was told it’s actually on back order and not in stock. I asked for a refund and 2 weeks later still waiting for it. In the end I ordered from the main dealer which actually worked out cheaper.”

“I was informed the product was in stock and available for collection from 3pm. I turned up at 5pm to collect, only to be told it would not be in until the following day. The only reason I purchased from Euro Car Parts was I needed it that day. No communication the following day to inform me it was in branch and ready for collection. I called ahead to confirm it was there to save another wasted journey. The operator would not confirm if it was in the branch, just that it was in stock, it was in stock the previous day so I was looking for reassurance. I collected the item later that day.”
