“Needed a new battery, jumped into the car battery goosed. Needed to get to work later that day, ordered my battery before 12.00 and it was delivered within 1.5hrs. Luckily I could fit it myself, great service 👍”

“Price of the parts I needed was good, but the overall customer service was not good at all. 3 parts of my order arrived, the fourth never got despatched and over a week later I eventually got hold of someone on the phone who told me that item was not in stock! However, it was still available to order on the website, which made no sense, if they didn't have any! The 3 items that did arrive took 5 days to arrive, when it used to be next day with full tracking. Now delivery is much slower and inefficient and obviously, no notificiation that an item is not going to arrive at all, despite having been paid for. I did get a refund arranged, but only because I phoned them and asked for one! Not going to order for home delivery again, it will click & collect or better still another retailer that does delivery on time and has updated stock availability”
