“The seat cover arrived promptly but didn't fit”

“I ordered my parts and went to collect them. When I arrived there were 22 prople in the queue in front of me and one poor man one the desk taking the orders and picking them. After 20 minutes and only serving 3 people more staff arrived and started clearing the queue. I was 65 minutes in the queue waiting whilst my mechanic sat waiting for the parts. The only other branch open to me is Maidenhead which has been closed. This is terrible service and not the fault of the lonely desk staff, I will find another supplier as this is us unacceptable.”

“Recently ordered some parts that website said was compatible. Turns out this was not the case as advised after a phone call to customer services. The parts suggested are not in stock. Left with a long drive and time to return them for refund.”

“Let’s start with the positives. Due to understaffing there’s a 30 minute wait for click and collect. Most would view this as a downside but you get to meet all the other mechanics and home petrol heads in your area without having to go to a coffee and show which is bore central. They’ll be local spanner twiddles who’ll know where to really get stuff but were unlucky today so had to go to euro car parts. I made lots of new friends. I did my click and collect. Obviously the part selctor was only 50% right and I had to reuse the antivibration shims I already had because it was wrong. Good for euro car parts the queue is so long otherwise I would have returned half the order.”
