“Products and customer service were top notch my only issue was when I placed the order it told me my products would be ready for collection Monday after 9am and when I arrived I was told no they weren’t here and wouldn’t be until the next day there for I ended up out the cost of diesel twice just to collect the products.”

“Generally good value and availability of parts. Excellent that you can opt for delivery above a certain item cost. The Audura stop/start battary for my wife's car was a very good price (£65) and was in stock, so we collected it within 30 minutes of ordering it and I fitted it at home in about another 30 minutes. Very pleased.”

“Ordered online for delivery, chased local office after five days only to be told my order had been cancelled. Due to could not find the address, asked why didn’t they ring my number only to be told the delivery team isn’t very good. However the person I spoke with did manage to give me a better price for collection. Bit of a mixed experience so going with three stars.”
