“Shambolic, had to go to Melksham to find out in person what happened to the clutch which was ordered and paid for, after using the contact number provided and hanging on for long periods and fobbed off with lies that it would be delivered by 6 pm on the 4th day ! No show. I then contacted Melksham to be told they don’t deliver to this side of the M4 and that the clutch was being supplied from another Euro car parts depot still no communication, Clare reported she would get back to me with information that afternoon this never happened so I telephoned again but was not given any information as to when I might get this clutch. So the following day I went to the Melksham store and was handed the item after some investigation and the young lady was very apologetic. Not what you expect ?”

“The only gripe that I have with euro car parts if you walk in off the street, you don't get any offers, I needed a fuel filter to exchange and I wanted to know it was right asked about the 30% payday offer was told I had to order online 😩😩😩 I really don't understand stand why , never mind more profit for euro car parts and a grumpy customer 👍👍”
