“Far from satisfactory service that you come to expect from Euro Car Parts. Been ordering from them for years and the quality of service has gone down hill over time. I had the wrong parts delivered and when I contacted customer services they were helpful about sorting my issues, but getting the correct parts sent out and exchanged took much longer then stated and had to phone back multiple times to get an update, when the correct parts arrived, was asked to pay for them, even though it was an exchange as of a fault on their part. I’m less than impressed”

“Recently I reserved parts, went to collect them with my reservation reference number as they were available in store. Was told I could collect as the email hadn't come through yet. The email arrived at 16.02 on Sunday allowing me to collect but your shop closed at 16.00 So although my order said I could collect on the day and the items were in stock I wasn't allowed to and wasted my time and fuel.”
