“Have had two cars in the family requiring new batteries in the last two weeks. Ordered online and collected the first one, but unfortunately they gave us the wrong battery second time and we had to return to get it changed.”

“The item had several manufacturing faults and had the wrong instruction booklet within. I suspect the item may have been a return at some stage which they repackaged to resell without performing their due diligence. The result was that in order to do anything about this I had to physically take the product back to the store (at my own time and expense) to get a replacement. It is not possible to contact the store directly so I had to use the centralised call centre who were ineffective and unhelpful. The store organised a replacement which took a long time to get to them, and in order to find out when it got to them it was incumbent on me to keep contacting the call centre to see if it had arrived as the store didn’t have the ability to make a phone call to me. A very poor and unprofessional experience. 2 stars as the in store staff were very friendly people the overall experience however was appalling.”

“I bought a multimeter and I received the package open and not sure how many time it's been dropped and the person at counter was very relax and like this is what it's , you want it take it or leave it , but i had job to do couldn't wait for longer to get another one.”

“Had to wait a long time to be served, NOT the fault of the lad who was serving a "needy" customer but the lack of staff to actually serve customers! 2 people entered behind me & ended up leaving before the lady in front of me was served, no idea how long she'd been there already. When I was served the guy was polite & professional as he'd been with both the lady before me & Mr Needy (by this I mean he kept saying to the parts advisor "why haven't you got one, who else will have one, what's the part #, will they be the same price elsewhere, etc, etc" Solution, please ECP have at least 2 advisors in busy periods.”

“Wrong parts supplied yet again. ECP have *never* supplied me the correct top mount bearings and obviously they can't be checked before taking the whole suspension apart so it's massively inconvenient. This time they also supplied the incorrect drop links. Four out of my last five orders have been incorrect. I've driven about 130 extra miles back and forth to collect replacement parts. Frankly, I think I've reached the end of the line with ECP.”

“Ordered online front & back pads fronts was wrong then instead of changing them they gave me a credit note that took five days to be paid back opened the rear’s they had the wrong anti rattle plates wasn’t going to wait another five days so got them elsewhere”

“I recently purchased brake discs and pads from Euro Car Parts, but my order was incorrect. What should have been a simple issue to resolve turned into an incredibly frustrating experience. I had to visit the store four separate times to sort out a mistake that wasn’t mine. On every visit, the front desk was either unattended or there was an excessive wait. I spent over 40 minutes in the store each time while staff struggled to use the computer system and process the issue. To make matters worse, while I was waiting for my problem to be resolved, other customers who arrived after me were served first, leaving me waiting even longer. The level of customer service and organisation was extremely poor. Although I eventually received a refund for the missing part, it took four visits and several hours of my time to fix an error made by Euro Car Parts. The entire experience was unacceptable and far more difficult than it should have been. I expect much better customer service and efficiency from a company of this size.”
