“I just ordered a couple of glass cleaning products online for collection from the crayford branch in optima park. No issues with the service, only gripe is very difficult to park there !! No spaces in the road and the car park is very busy and tight!”

“Took over a week to deliver them I ended up collecting as nobody in store answers the phone so very poor customer services after 10+ phonecalls apparently they woukd call me back and never did 🤬 So if you like waiting then best place to go”

“Almost comically surly staff on the counter. Staff standing about smoking outside the door. Zero customer service skills. Keep receiving emails telling me I haven't collected my order, so a bit of a shambles all round tbh. Unlikely to use again.”

“I went to collect a fuel filter that I had ordered by mistake. I arrived too early, before it had actually been processed, but I told the assistant I didn't actually need it. He said he would handle the return, but since I paid via PayPal, he mentioned the refund would take a few days. However, I still haven't received the refund, and a few days later, I even received a reminder email saying the filter is still waiting for collection. I decided i might as well collect and save for a later when I was servicing my car.”

“Placed an order online for collection the follow day and it was confirmed the items were in stock. On arrival for collection, the branch appeared somewhat chaotic with many people waiting. After waiting approximately 20-25 minutes I was informed they couldn't find one of the items. Refund was prompt though. Still a decent company to buy from with competitive prices.”

“Probably the worst service I've experienced tbh at a parts supplier. Item was ordered to a local store i was working close to delivery was due 0900 the following day . Arrived 0940 the next day . Absolutely no one on the front desk . Took a hood 10 mins before someone actually bothered to serve me . And then they made a sarcastic remark about ringing the bell. Then the actual order was not there???? Apparently a computer glitch?. They said they would check through the bins and call . After going yo the client house and doing what other little jobs I could do on the car. Out of sheer boredom I called the store as I had heard Absolutely nothing back . And the part was there . I asked why I had not been called as they had offered and got a fobbed reply again . Returned to the store got Absolutely no excuse about not calling. And no real excuse. I now know never to use euro car parts Loughborough ever again even after hello frozen over . The sheer lapsadaisy attitude from the only one who bothered to answer the front desk . How are people like this still allowed yo deal with customers in this day and age? Absolutely disgusting service. Avoid at all costs !”

“Terrible service from the local store I needed the car battery urgently paid for next day delivery , despite multiple calls to the store and customer service item not delivered for 2 days.The local store kept giving wrong information on the phone. At the end next day delivery charges were returned following my complaints.”
