“Ordered brake discs online for my car reg came the next day tried fitting them there to big so had to go and replace them with correct parts ordering on line for delivery obviously doesn't work as parts sent for my car weren't correct”

“The part ordered was the upper housing for the passenger side wing mirror on a 2012 BMW 7-series. On the credit side, it was posted promptly and actually arrived the next day. It was, however, not compatible. (I believe this is the second time this has happened.) I actually took the trouble to take it back to your base in Stockport Trading Estate. The man there was helpful, looked it up, and said it was the only one listed. He gave me a refund. It could have been a reasonable experience if you had stocked the right part.”

“The staff on the desk are generally excellent. However…….at the Whiffler Road branch they are generally expected to go and get the paperwork and items from the warehouse. The warehouse usually has staff hanging around chatting and on their phones - it did this time. The result - queues at the counter and likely staff turnover. I raised this with the duty manager. He was obnoxious. Head office need to sort the branch.”
