“It was only a set of windscreen wipers so I wasn’t in any rush for them so ordered on normal free delivery. About an hour and a half later there was a knock on the door, I couldn’t believe it. The fastest delivery I have ever known from an internet order. As for the wipers, they are a pair of Bosch and cheaper than one from Tesla so can’t complain.”

“Wasn't particularly impressed and was going to leave it as a lesson learned but then you contacted me for a review so here you go. Needed a pair of hid bulbs, all the pictures of these bulbs shows 2 bulbs, one next to the other, not the front on the left and the back on the right, the same bulb, twice, lit in one picture, just sitting there in another. Great, a pack of 2 bulbs for about £85, ridiculous but I need it for an MOT retest in 2 days. I should note that I had looked on a major online retailer beginning with A and they were charging £45 for 'clearly marked' one bulb but they couldn't guarantee they'd get to me in time. I buy using click and collect, go to pick up my bulbs the next morning and to my shock I'm handed a tiny box with a single bulb by the most uninterested retail worked I've ever been served by. I consider moaning about the website showing 2 bulbs but recognise it's not his fault and decide to change my approach, I settle for 2 of a cheaper bulb at £55 each that they have in stock and go on my way, currently £195 down because of course the couldn't do an exchange, it has to be a 3 day refund and a new sale. Anyway I get to work, safe in the knowledge that I have what I need to pass the MOT and out of curiosity I check the website I mentioned earlier to compare prices. £29, a 89.66% markup on another retailer, not even on cost. Anyway, enough moaning, I got what I wanted, an MOT pass and a lesson learned and they got what they wanted, and honest review.”
