“The staff on the desk are generally excellent. However…….at the Whiffler Road branch they are generally expected to go and get the paperwork and items from the warehouse. The warehouse usually has staff hanging around chatting and on their phones - it did this time. The result - queues at the counter and likely staff turnover. I raised this with the duty manager. He was obnoxious. Head office need to sort the branch.”

“Poor service. I ordered a part and was informed it would be ready for collection the same day at 3:30 pm. I arrived to collect it, and the part was not at the store. I was informed at the store that part would be re-ordered and delivered to my home address. I received no further communication from the store despite this being indicated by them. I contacted Euro car parts hotline who attempted to get hold of the store but they couldn’t get through. They emailed them and told me they would contact me within two hours, but they did not. I therefore made a second attempt and was given the same information by the hotline, but again the store did not contact me. I decided to go to the store directly as I was told by the helpline that the goods had arrived there three days ago. Thankfully the goods were at the store. These parts were required for a trip to EUROPE so it was important that I obtained them, but it would’ve been most helpful if I’ve had a direct communication from the store where I was to collect them from.”

“My item has just arrived by a lovely gentleman. The item is sturdy and lightweight. Connects to normal hose as described. Good flow through pipe to brush. Very pleased with this purchase.”

“Click and collect was very straightforward, but I was never notified when my part was ready. At order time I was told same day, so I waited all day for a notification that never came. Collected next day. Luckily I was not in a hurry.”

“I ordered 5 litres of Adblue but didn't realise my order would not be ready to collect until after the weekend. Therefore, I visited the store, cancelled the order and purchase Adblue that was in stock instead. I was promised that the order had been flagged for cancellation and I would receive a refund. However, after over a week, no refund has been forthcoming. If I have not received a refund by the end of this week, I will be making a complaint.”
