“Dreadful. Three times now Euro Car Parts have claimed to have something in stock, take my money and then don't have the product. It then takes ages to get my money back. Didn't even go to collect and no refund has been given. Avoid at all costs!”

“Ordered a dashcam online. Advised it would be in stock at specified depot the following day; collection from midday. Attended two days later, and no dashcam. Staff said it hadn't arrived and there was no indication on their system as to an ETA. Order cancelled and purchased elsewhere. Two stars, as staff were polite, and refund was completed within 7 days, as advised. Other than that, pretty useless really.”

“I ordered some brake pads on line and got the 20% off deal. Great! They were ready to pick up straight away. Great! I collected them and took them home to fit. Unfortunately they were the wrong size. Not great! I took them back on the 22 mile round trip. The guy in the shop said that happens with VW parts. So he got me the right ones straight away. He wouldn’t give me the same discount even though I had to do an extra trip. As I see it the ordering system is faulty and well known by Europarts. As a result of this issue I will never buy from Europarts again.”
