“I recently purchased brake discs and pads from Euro Car Parts, but my order was incorrect. What should have been a simple issue to resolve turned into an incredibly frustrating experience. I had to visit the store four separate times to sort out a mistake that wasn’t mine. On every visit, the front desk was either unattended or there was an excessive wait. I spent over 40 minutes in the store each time while staff struggled to use the computer system and process the issue. To make matters worse, while I was waiting for my problem to be resolved, other customers who arrived after me were served first, leaving me waiting even longer. The level of customer service and organisation was extremely poor. Although I eventually received a refund for the missing part, it took four visits and several hours of my time to fix an error made by Euro Car Parts. The entire experience was unacceptable and far more difficult than it should have been. I expect much better customer service and efficiency from a company of this size.”

“Always refer to Euro parts and generally end up getting the parts I need there, but there are issue with europarts. The parts are generally more expensive unless you happen to see the offers that appear from time to time but you have to enter codes etc to benefit. Also if you attend the store the waiting times can add at least an hour to any job your doing, getting to the counter to be served by a really nice and knowledgeable chap is fine and acceptable but once your payment is taken, you can wait a very very very long time for your part to arrive at the counter for you. It’s not a one off, it’s every time.”

“While working in my car a brake line snapped. I checked the website and not only did they have the part, it was in stock at my local store. When I went to check out it gave me a same day delivery option. This allowed me to keep working on my car as I had a tight timeframe. Just as I had completed all of my other jobs, the lady arrived with the new brake line. Perfect timing and great service!”

“Incorrect item delivered initially, then when this was swapped for the correct item, the box was ripped and the parts inside damaged. probably more of a EVRI issue than Euro Car Parts.”

“Ordered wiper blades for my car and paid for delivery, order arrived in good time but the makers box had been opened and re-sealed with masking tape, my wife accepted the package, on inspection the wiper blades were new but the wrong type for my car, the part number was correct but after checking pictures on line and they were definitely the wrong ones. I made the 11 mile trip to my nearest store (and got the wiper blades changed for the correct ones with no hassle, I was disappointed that I had paid for the delivery and ended up doing a 20 mile round trip, needless to say I will not be using your company in the future, regards M J Holbrook.”

“Ordered some rear discs and a full set of brake pads for my BMW, really good price for both. i picked delivery and although it said 3 to 4 days, they were delivered by my local store the next day. Great price, great service and quick delivery, what more could you want? Will definately be buying more parts from Euro Car Parts.”
