“Price is okay and the person on the till is generally quite helpful and knows about car parts. However, there's always long queue but they would never open another till. You then wait extremely long when it's busy for your parts. Someone comes out, shouting a part name, drops it on the shelf and just walks off! Customer service is not a focus for this business.”

“Thought it would be quicker to purchase click and collect, how wrong was I. Just ONE counter staff trying to serve approx 9 customers, it took nearly 20 minutes to get my order. I won't do it again.”

“Amazing service, super fast. So fast that I ordered it in work and they attempted delivery later that day. When calling to rearrange, they were super helpful and polite and delivered the next day. Will not look elsewhere in the future. Awesome !”

“I required a battery urgently, Shrewsbury branch had it in stock, MG wanted to charge me £225 for a 12 volt battery with a 2 year warranty, Eurosold me a battery with a 5 year warranty that is covered at any Euro shop in the UK for £112. WELL DONE”

“Staff repeatedly took out wrong bulbs and have to go back inside 2 times to take the correct one (for example a single filament when I ordered a double filament for click and collect). Also these came as loose bulbs instead of in a packet/box. As I ordered Osram, they gave me Phillips as they said it was out of stock. How then was I able to order Osram successfully online in the first place?”
