“Ordered online on Saturday afternoon for a click and collect the same day. Apparently the ordering system can’t cope with the Saturday rush. The branch didn’t receive the order and the only option was to purchase again at the counter and cancel the original order. As it happens, this wasn’t an option as the item (showing in stock) couldn’t be located!”

“Terrible service. Not enough staff to man the sales counter. I ordered an item and it was supposedly ready to collect. When I eventually got to the sales counter after queing for 10 mins I was told they had no record of the order !! I paid cash for it instead and had to cancel the original order. By the time my sale was complete they were literally queing out of the door !!”

“Good choice, reasonable prices, friendly and helpful staff. Process is not so great - when you order and pay for instore pickup, you’ll still be in the regular queue which can be very slow as some people require extensive advice at the counter. Also, they have quite a significant delay between online order and actual availability for store pickup (in my case, well over one hour).”

“I made my order an hour n half before and even though the parts were in stock I hadn't received an email to collect and assumed I could pick them up right away as I was heading home and needed to pass. The lady on the desk was lovely and the order hadnt come onto her system yet. She took notes of the parts I needed and collected them and handed them over and said when thr order came through later on she would then put that they had been collected and my invoice would be sent through. Great service and I didnt have to wait around.”
