“Ordered parts on line. Asked to come next day. Made payment. Next day waited in queue for about 45 minutes only to be told they do not have the part. Asked to come back. I asked for refund. Which took another 30 minutes to refund. Very poor service at Hayes depot”

“Still waiting for a van battery delivery after 2 weeks. Don’t advertise items you don’t have. I have borrowed a battery so very inconvenient. No answer on the phone at Christchurch and Poole. Gave one star because customer service rep has been good. Highly disappointed”

“Site was easy to navigate and find what I was looking for item was in stock, ordered on line and paid in store when picking up Top Tech 1/4" Socket & Bit Set (46pc). Good value, varied selection of kit, used several times to remove screws from kitchen cabinets where electric driver won't fit. Does what it says in the descriptions.”
