“It was Sunday when i discovered my girlfriends mx5 rear brake noise , p/s side rear inner pad down to the metal ! Hm not gud ! A quick look on there site , check store availability , click n collect , job dun . Rocked up ,order ref shown , a nice friendly polite chap at the counter despite being a sunday, paid, parts fitted ,and an immobilised car sorted, disaster averted , great result. Thankyou Eurocartparts.”

“I ordered items on 27th July on 3-4 day delivery. It is now 5th August and my items have still not arrived. I raised this with them via web chat and was promised an email response within 24 hrs ... this also didn't arrive. I've followed up again and am still waiting for a resolution/my items to be delivered.”

“Excellent service and luckily they had the part I needed so I could carry on with my holiday travel as it was my last holiday of my life and didn’t want to miss it. Reasonable price for the part and was got out for me in a couple of mins.”

“I order my parts on a Sunday and received notification that they would be ready for collection on he Monday, I didn't receive after 2 trips to the store and many phone calls and plenty of excuses I didn't get them until the Friday, and even then the order wasn't picked I had to wait for it to be, and only explanation I got was the system showed them in, what a load of rubbish.”

“I reserved a wiper blade and stopped by to collect it at approximately 8:45 am while travelling to work. I waited at the service counter with no staff attending. I called out to enquire if anyone was present, and received a verbal response that someone was on their way, yet no one came forward. As a result, I had to leave to avoid being late for work. A very bad customer service experience”
