“A click & collect order. Service was slow, particularly considering there were only two customers there at the time. The other customer also had a similar opinion. Since collecting, I have received several e-mails reminding me to collect the item, even though I have already collected it.”

“I placed my order on Friday and got a message saying it was ready to collect by 3 pm. I went to the store after 4 pm, only to be told it hadn’t arrived yet and would be in the next morning. I came back on Saturday after 11 am, but the order still wasn’t there. I finally managed to pick it up on Monday. I’m not blaming the staff but the system clearly isn’t working as it should. It’s frustrating to get a collection message when the item isn’t actually there.”

“I've been asked to write a review which I would love to do but I've still not received my order. Ordered on the 23rd of June was told it would be here in 2-3 business days its now the 3rd of July and still no products. I will never order of this site again”

“I have always used Europarts the fact they are only a couple of miles away has something to do with it , and of course they deliver in a couple of hours . Can’t knock the stock and prices .”

“The website isn’t very accurate , I specifically put my registration in so that I get the right part for my car , also I used the filter and selected rear only , it technically should be fool proof , however I got a front wiper when I didn’t want one , I had to call your company and then be told I could collect one from a near by store , when I got to the near by store the part I wanted wasn’t there , so I had to wait till tomorow which is fine it just would have been much better if I was told this on the phone and saved me messing around wasting time that didn’t need to be wasted”
