“I recently placed an order online for some oil and an oil filter to collect from the Grantham store. The process was so easy and straightforward. When I went to collect the items, I was served by a gentleman called Eric. If only everyone could be as friendly and helpful as this gentleman I'm sure more people would shop 'instore' again.”
