“Delivery driver handed over only 3 of 4 items. Had to go back and search the van for the last one. One of the oil filters, the box is covered in oil, and the filter itself has black stains on it. Impossible to reach customer service, and expect me to drive to store to resolve it. Why order delivery if you have to drive to resolve it?”
