“Went to collect item. Only one person serving and three people in front in front of myself, so had to wait 15 mins. before being served while the single person went into warehouse to get items for customers in front while there were three staff outside rear shutter standing around chatting.”

“Fantastic experience with Euro Car Parts! I ordered a replacement side wing mirror online using Click & Collect, and it was ready to pick up within minutes. The whole process was so quick and easy. The member of staff who served me was incredibly helpful. He took the time to explain how I could fit the mirror myself, answered all my questions patiently, and never made me feel silly for asking. Thanks to his advice, I managed to replace it myself, which I’m really proud of! Great stock availability, super fast collection, and genuinely excellent customer service. Thank you for making what I thought would be a stressful job so much easier. Highly recommend!”

“The part was way cheaper than other places, which is good, however my issue is receiving the part in the first place. Ordered the first time and it was refunded a few days later without ever making it to me and with no explanation. Ordered it again, and paid for express delivery…still not arrived and it’s 24 hours late with no sign of arrival. Waste of money. If the part arrives I can maybe do a review but who knows.”
