“The website isn’t very accurate , I specifically put my registration in so that I get the right part for my car , also I used the filter and selected rear only , it technically should be fool proof , however I got a front wiper when I didn’t want one , I had to call your company and then be told I could collect one from a near by store , when I got to the near by store the part I wanted wasn’t there , so I had to wait till tomorow which is fine it just would have been much better if I was told this on the phone and saved me messing around wasting time that didn’t need to be wasted”

“The item I chose to purchase I had looked up online, putting in my vehicle details a particular item was recommended. I was able to purchase the item on the day, it was in good new condition, sadly one of the parts didn't fit my vehicle, it was too short. On returning the item, no problem, an alternative, same make, with alonger bar was offered, I declined because the clamps provided, being universal they were not a good fit. The payment was returned to my account within days, so no complaint. I have now purchased a vehicle specific item, lesson learnt, two 34 mile round trips and time wasted!”

“Had to make 5 phone calls to get a refund 3 to head office & 2 to the branch where I placed my order at. Case of left hand don't know what right is doing , Incompetence across the board. Found a new motor factors supplier now.”
