“Ordering was the easy part, picking up is where is falls apart. There seems to be a lot of staff milling about but only one chap actually serving and unfortunately he must of missed out on the people person skills day when serving customers as he is very clipped and brusk in his manner. As I has said great for ordering poor people service.”

“What's the point of inputting the vehicle registration? After giving the car registration, the correct vehicle showed on screen. However, not all the parts recommended will fit. Time wasted returning parts for exchange,car off the road stripped down, loan a car to exchange parts. Euro's cop out is these parts may fit. Perhaps if the boxes were checked prior to being loaded on line these errors would not occur. The front discs originally ordered were for other Jaguar models, as printed on the box. The correct discs also had the desired model details on the packaging. This issue has happened in the past with small items like wiper blades. I had these discs delivered,should have noticed the resealed boxes and ultimately black paw marks on the installation guide, proving the problem had occurred before. Do you have a full-time box re sealer? FYI, I Needed F PACE parts not XE, XF etc.”

“The whole buying experience was easy and hassle free. I am visually impaired and use a screen reader and needed a battery for the car I have for my business. The site is very accessable, I was able to put in my reg no, select batteries and then select from the options and place my order which arrived next day. I would definitely order from europ car parts again and recommend them.”

“I used Euro Car Parts to supply discs and pads for my VW. The initial search was made using my registration number. But, this identified two different sizes of front disc as being suitable for my vehicle. The difference was on diameter, 288 or 312 diameter were both identified as being suitable. I only knew which one I needed because I had inspected and measured the old discs. After searching for more data on other sites, it appears that the disc size is designed for the wheel size, my wheels were 16" and used the 312 diameter disc; the smaller disc was for the 15" wheeled vehicles. It would have been good if 'wheel size' was mentioned as that is something everyone can check without needing to remove a wheel.”
