“Can't return an online order to your local branch ( medway) local branch can't tell from your receipt where online order came from. Online order did not fit vehicle as stated on website. Pathetic ! £60 out of pocket !”

“Disappointed with latest purchase. Collected an indicator stalk. The package was badly damaged so asked the salesperson to open it so that we could check the stalk. It looked okay (I didn't have my reading glasses with me). When I checked at home there was dirt residue built up on the stalk and the trip facility did not work - the end of the stalk would not depress to operate the trip. Returned the item and given a refund. I expressed my surprise that such a - clearly used item - could be sold by Euro Car Parts.”

“Ordered parts, paid for parts, went to collect parts , One part picked was incorrect Politely informed member of staff that one was wrong. I was told, quite bluntly , that it was I'd ordered. After a debate, we finally got the right part .”
