“I ordered Brembo front brake pads for my daughter's Fiat 500 online from Euro Car Parts and have to admit to being nervous that the correct product would be delivered. A friendly guy delivered them last week and I fitted them on Saturday. I will certainly be ordering brake pads for my Abarth from Euro Car Parts at the beginning of next year!”

“Delivery process wasn’t easy and complicated, had to raise with customer service as delivery was delayed, no notification received that delivery was delayed and when arriving. After 5 days only being at home I was lucky to receive my order. Won’t order in the future for items to be delivered- the only way to go directly to collect yourself”

“To start with I was told all parts were in stock, on arrival I was then told it wasn’t and I’d need to come back in 2 days for one of the parts. Following a trip to the garage I was then told the parts I’d been given were not correct, so despite telling euro car parts my reg and confirming my car, the parts I had been given were not the right ones, costume another trip to the garage at my cost. Will not be using the service again.”

“Euro car parts. Very good service and helpful. Very good value. Just ordered a load of parts and they got sent out in two separate parcels got one on 6/12/25. Didn't get the other one until 13/12/25. But that wasn't their fault. Will still get my parts from them. But won't order. Online unless they change their courier service by the way. Which is EVRI.”
