“Went to collect my order (as per email) on Saturday only for the Shop to be full and no separate click and collect point so I left and returned the following day. On returning on Sunday I found that my order had not been fulfilled as they had none in stock and was told this frequently happens.”

“Not a very customer focused experience. Good prices on some products but poor communication of late orders and unhelpful staff. Also when item arrived it was not the item advertised on the website so had to re order and make another journey to collect / refund.”
