“I ordered front and rear pads the waiting time on delivery was 3 to 4 working days ordered on 23 .8. 26 but no delivery on 31st I had to call but got no answer so I call on the 1st the man on the phone couldn't understand why these have not been delivered so I explained to him that I would go and pick them up on arrival of the store I was greeted by a young man that I give the serial number 2 for my order he tries to tell me that they have been delivered I asked to speak to the manager and I explained to him what has gone on and he went and looked at the order and then walked out with my products he didn't even explain what had gone wrong he didn't understand why these was not delivered .Steve from Gillingham”

“Ludicrous, as a long term (over 20 years) account holder deliveries have stopped, went in to Chester branch to collect and had to pay as our account was at Widnes and was told that account could not be used at another branch”

While others, you can find the item online but it's not available in store??!! which would cost you time and a trip. Highly recommended”

“I ordered five items that were shown as available at the Rochdale store. I then received an email confirming that my order would be ready to collect after 9:00 am. After travelling 30 minutes to the store, I was told that only one item was actually available and the remaining items wouldn't be available until the following day. The main item I needed could apparently be available by 11:00 am. I asked whether the main item was available at any other store and was told it wasn't. As a result, I cancelled my order. I then phoned the Blackburn store, where I was told they had several of the items in stock, including the main item that the Rochdale store had incorrectly said wasn't available. It was an extremely frustrating and completely wasted morning, travelling from home to Rochdale and then on to Blackburn because of inaccurate stock information and poor communication. The customer service at the Rochdale store was also disappointing. A sincere apology and a little more effort to help would have gone a long way after the mistakes that had been made. Raised the issues with your telephone customer service and they was helpful & appologetic.”
