“I ordered a part for click and collect at your kettering store with the website promising same day pick up. I then recieved a text that was very unprofessional saying that the item would not be available to collect that day, but with no indication of when it would be available. I ended up finding the part from an alternative supplier, for a cheaper price. I did not recieve any message saying the part was available to collect, apart from an automated email telling me to collect my part before closing on Sunday... This was recieved after the closing hours on Sunday.”
