“I recently acquired a battery for my mitsubishi barbarian, everytime it froze it wouldn't start, so I looked around and the AH on this battery was much higher and the price was much lower, since changing the battery I've have no problems no matter how much it freezes”

“Don't bother buying anything online with click and collect, went into Wrexham store to pick the battery up and been accused from member of staff off putting a code of £75 and wouldn't allow me to have the item, I did escalate further to be told that it was a technical error, WON'T SHOP THERE AGAIN!!!!!”

“I made a purchase on the website. I got a reduced price. I paid for it. I received an email that my purchase had been canceled. Then, a few days later, I received an email that the package was waiting for pickup. I went to pick it up and was told my order didn't exist. You're creating confusion and wasting my time. I could have bought it at the regular price and picked it up without having to make such a fuss.”

“I ordered 4 service items for my mini on the euro car website which was quoted at a very good price..the website took my money and arranged delivery for the following day. The items never arrived. I called at the local shop two days later only to be told the prices where to cheap !!! Here is an idea , don’t sell them at that price on your website!!! Useless waste of my time!!!”
