“Probably the worst car parts suppier ever. I ordered some brake pads on Friday night for a Citroen Berlingo that according to the website were in stock. I drove 10 miles to Darwen to be told thy wouldn't be in until Monday. As it was a builders van he needed it for work on Monday. I therefore had to buy some from a local car accessories shop. However getting a refund pushes all the boundaries of terrible customer service. Unable to speak to anyone and then left calling a call centre in London to try and get my Money back. An hour waiting on the phone and no one answers. I still cant get a refund and that was 3 weeks ago.”

“I placed my order on the 21st March and was quoted 3 to 4 days delivery. I called on day 4 and was told that my item was in stock and they did not know why my local branch, Slough had not delivered. The rep would contact Slough and get them to deliver my order. Today is day 10 and I am still witing for my order.”
