“Not sure I should write this review as it might set expectations. I ordered a rear wiper blade replacement at around 11am. As was not very urgent I opted for the slowest cheapest delivery option. It was delivered the same day at around 13.00. Wow.”

“Mixed review. Garngoch branch: wrong parts again that have been returned by another customer. Which in my opinion is wrong, if im paying full price i want brand new parts, not parts that look like they've been fitted and returned. Or given the option with a discounted price. Anyway they were the wrong parts. 2nd time wrong parts same branch. Carmarthen branch: I dont know the guys name (5ft6 short dark hair), really nice guy. Parts always correct and he goes out of his way to help. After receiving the wrong parts, I went to the carmarthen branch, it was 5.59 we got there (they shut at 6 and it was a friday) and he sorted everything out with the correct parts, he could have easily have said sorry its all shut down. If he did we would have had to cancel our work for the weekend. Anyway so: 5 stars for carmarthen 2 stars for garngoch (goseinon)”

“Lately, shocking. Especially when ordering online. A few times now. Ordered online, the system states that the parts are for my vehicle but when going to fit them. They are not. Returned the items to the store that the items were picked them up from and the store clerk said that this has been happening all the time now. The store is getting a couple of returns a day due to them not being the correct part.”
