“Ordered a new battery for my car on a Thursday afternoon and paid extra for next day delivery. The delivery time slot was between 8:30 & 1800. However, when I chased up the order on delivery day at 1530 I was informed, rather casually in my opinion, that delivery probably wouldn't take place as the battery was still not loaded on delivery van. I was told that delivery charge would be refunded (which it hasn't) and told that someone would ring me to update me (which they didn't). Battery turned up at 9am on the Saturday. Bit let down as I had taken the day off work for the delivery.”
