“Collection of the order was not good. There's nowhere to park, just one person dealing with the customers very slowly and often getting the order wrong from listening to the comments at the branch. Not sure that it was the man's fault. Sounded like many staff behind the counter but only one at it. Queue progressed very slowly.”
