“I'll be happy to change my review if I actually hear back from you. Ordered what I thought was one rear and two front wiper blades (one short and one long) having entered my reg and used your compatibility checker. The long front blade was fine as was the rear blade. The third blade was another rear blade and not compatible to replace any of my blades, despite coming up in your compatibility checker. Contacted you about a refund / replacement, but no reply from you.”

“Super rude staff at counter. I walked in and they all just stared at me like I interrupted them. Then didn’t great me and had bum faces whilst I said I was here to click and collect. Told me to wait to the side and then didn’t call me when my items were ready. I had to look over the counter and recognised my items but she still hadn’t called me over after 2/3 minutes so I went up to her and asked if those were my items to which she just looked at it then looked away. Mind you, it was not busy and she was not helping another customer. Your staff should be retrained on their customer service and maybe if they flirted less they would actually talk to their customers and not look at them like they burned their house down or something.”

“To begin, always polite helpful staff, trying their best. My local branch appears to be understaffed as waiting time can be rather long. Having ordered online for a quick pick up doesn’t exist. You will wait just as long if not longer for your order.( recent visit 40 mins. With 9 customers waiting and 1 staff on a Saturday morning!!..)Parking is ridiculous with space for possibly three vehicles which are then blocked in by delinquents who think they will be served quicker!! I used euro parts a lot over the years but I’m shying away from it as it’s just hassle a customer does not need.”

“Well ordered the parts then two days later there van pulls up outside and drive gets out goes to back of van then gets back in and drives off no explanation etc ,so phone up and only way to speak to someone is say your a trade account they then say he drove off as didnt have the right parts on the van but will be delivered first thing in the morning, well if delivery is from 7am then midday isn't first thing is it!!! First time ever using eurocarparts you guessed it not impressed ,should have gone to my local motor factor.”

“Had to replace my car battery which needed to be for a stop start car, looked around at all the usual web sites but found that Euro car parts had the best choice of batteries and prices for what I required. Payed for my purchase on line so only had to drive to the nearest depot to pick up and very pleased with my purchase.”

“Prices are good. However I ordered on-line but the discounts offered were confusing, 20% off 1 part, 25% off 2 parts and 30% of 3 or more parts. This was in the small print while the headline offer was '30% off Parts' . I ordered parts and got no discount as I entered the wrong code. However Rebecca at customer services rectified the problem. But although Euro Car Parts had asked for my phone number and email address, I did not get any notification that the parts had arrived in store - I had to further phone Walsall store. The parts were there and I now have them. I am very pleased with the parts and the price paid.”
