“The wrong part was sent as someone had had written a new number on the box. So I drove the Euro Parts to change it. They only had a more expensive one so I took this and offered to pay the difference but the kind chap said no that’s fine. So not so bad after all. Just a shame I had to drive to take it back. Good resolution to the problem.”

“The initial ordering on click and collect was easy. The problem arose when I got to the store, seventh inline I stood patiently inline waiting for nearly 1/2 hour as one man not only served but disappeared to pick every order click and collect or not. There seemed to be an abundance of staff in the backrooms???? when I finally got served the queue was at the door. Let alone all those who did not wait.”
