“Just not enough staff. You preorder and pay online then have to stand in a queue for 15/20 min that was out the door. Should be like screfix where you put your code in then it’s been picked while you wait.”

“Went to collect brake discs & pads which were supposed to be in at 9am, was told would be in after 4 & they would call me (no call). Went in next morning & collected order. Got home, removed old brake discs & pads to find that these were totally wrong. Had to go back a third time (35 min round trip) to change the brake discs & pads. I phoned online help centre & man said was to ask for discount off then wouldn’t have to pay remaining difference for other discs & pads however the branch didn’t do anything about this, had to pay £101 then away refund of £88 for wrong items days later! Not happy at all about way this was handled for customer care”
