“Needed a new battery, Euro Car Parts had the best price. Purchased, took it home and fitted it - it was dead! Returned it, the staff member fetched another, tested it, that was flat as well! Fortunately the 3rd one was ok.”

“Placed my order online and recieved a call within minutes to say that one of the items wasn’t in stock and that delivery would be a few days later than expected. No problem. One of the items recieved turned out to be the wrong one (my fault not Euro Car Parts) but I took it back and had a full refund with no issues at all. Excellent service start to finish.”

“Easy to order and pay online for a car battery for my wife's VW Golf. A fair price for a branded lead/acid battery. I would have given 5 stars but can't because my wife was passing and popped in to collect and the counter staff expected her to carry it out across the car park to her vehicle! Many thanks to the unknown gentleman customer who provided that service for us.”

“Obviously very disappointed as I expressed earlier when I wrote. Your part was not suitable and I have yet to receive either an apology for the hassle involved or advice as to how to remedy. You wrote to say " good news" in that I would be allowed to return the erroneous part but did not address my complaint.”
