“I made a purchase on the website. I got a reduced price. I paid for it. I received an email that my purchase had been canceled. Then, a few days later, I received an email that the package was waiting for pickup. I went to pick it up and was told my order didn't exist. You're creating confusion and wasting my time. I could have bought it at the regular price and picked it up without having to make such a fuss.”

“I ordered 4 service items for my mini on the euro car website which was quoted at a very good price..the website took my money and arranged delivery for the following day. The items never arrived. I called at the local shop two days later only to be told the prices where to cheap !!! Here is an idea , don’t sell them at that price on your website!!! Useless waste of my time!!!”

“Website was showing a price so I purchased it at that price to be told they can’t sell me it when I went to pick it up as there was a error but law states if something is advertised at that price then it has to be sold at that. So not happy at all so got my refund and got the parts from another company. I used your site many of times but won’t be returning anymore after that”

“I ordered the items online for pickup at Uxbridge Store. On checking in, the staff refused to sell me the items as quoted and agreed online. I had to eventually pay the full price for only one item. Your company has breached to sale of goods Act and contract. I am very disappointed and will try to buy my parts elsewhere.”
