“Good service, the FM transmitter works fine and good a good price. The screenwash was leaking but contained in a bag. It was quickly resolved and refunded after being given the choice of that or a replacement.”

“I never write bad reviews but the service I received in store was so poor. I ordered my part on the website using the part finder through my number plate. found the brake pads that I assumed would fit my car because they was listed and said compatible with my car. I then make a 10 mile round trip to pick my brake pads up. Took them to my mechanic for him to say you have given me the wrong part. I then make the same trip again and was greeted by a rude member of staff who thought it was clever to mock the fact that the part wasn’t even for my car. I said it was from the website suggested that it was the part and he said no and tried to charge an extra £80 for what apparently would be the correct part. 1. I’m not a mechanic so I had to go off on what I was advised by your website. 2. Why list the part saying it would fit if it doesn’t. 3. Why was I made to feel it was my fault that the part was wrong.”

“Entered reg, and website stated for that make,model and year, so ordered, bit pricey, once fitted 2 extra fault codes appeared, so I had to take it into a garage to be told that unit isn't compatible for my car, managed get a full refund but lost money from being charged by a reliable garage. Looked on forums and same problems accrued. This item should be removed off the website for hyundai tucson 2018.”

“So i ordered new rear discs and pads for my wifes Hyundai i20X, the delivery was spot on, earlier than expected which was great. The discs were absolutely fine but the pads were not a great pattern part. They had small pin heads on the outside that clashed with the caliper and the sliders were a thicker gauge than the orginal making everything incredibly tight. I had to reuse the old sliders and break out the dremmel to remove the pin head on the pads to make them fit. I would suggest these particular pads are removed from the Hyundai i20X compatibility list.”

“Horrible service ordered simple brake cleaner was told it would be ready by 4pm the same day went to collect and was told we only got 2 cans I'd ordered 20 of them together with some oil and fuel filters. Went to my local friendly mechanic to have said filters replaced who drained the engine oil first as normally done but when attempting to fit no filter found out it was for a different vehicle then had no choice but to replace old oil back into engine and old filter to get to the shop again for correct part which I was told isn't in stock when I'd quoted correct registration number when purchasing. How these muppets remain in business is quite frankly a mystery to me.Shop there at your own peril.”

“The website tool, where the car reg input determines the parts suitable for the vehicle has been poor in my experience. Every part from auxiliary belt to brake discs & pads has been incorrect resulting in exchanges or refunds. Sourced parts from other outlets don't arrive at the time / date advised during the sale. The queues at times are long, painfully slow moving & service tends to be slow / understaffed. Other than that it's ok.”
