“Ordered same day delivery but no indication of when it would arrive, if someone orders something for he Sam day; especially car parts, they generally need them sapwood be helpful if a time slot would be provided, also when I called the branch to ask if I could pick it up instead, I asked about having the delivery charge refunded no one knew what could be done and the guy on the phone don’t know who the store manager was so very unhelpful an when I went to collect I had to take my toddler with me and there was no offer to help carry the heavy items to my car wasn’t a massive deal I just made two trips but the offer would have been very helpful and would have gone a long way an probably avoided a slightly negative review!”

“Impressively bad customer facing personnel, left standing for 5mibs waiting while two colleagues chatted misogyny about other staff, brought out the wrong parts, which I realised as I loaded the items into my car, then got incredibly aggressive when confronted with the fact, then continued to be aggressive once the “correct” parts were found and I dared to take 2mins with them to cross check the manufacturers number with the part as they were not the same product code ( the part was ok, but slightly different stud hole diameter). The staff member then proceeded to to kick seven bells of s**t out of the side door (they were closing) whilst I placed items in my car. Never have I experienced such poor service before. I will certainly reconsider shopping with ECP in the future. To add, there was a female customer after me, and I dread to think what this staff member would have been like had she queried a wrong part, horrible man, should be replaced from counter service immediatel!”

“Collected a battery that your online parts finder said would fit - it didn't so had to return it. Saleperson's attitude was that it was somehow my fault (no apology for my inconvenience). I was quoted 130 minimum price for the battery I needed so I left it. At home did a Google search and low and behold Euro car parts had the correct battery in stock for £66. Went back to shop again (3rd time) - different salesperson on the counter. Sick of staff trying to rip me off - what a scam!”
