“So bought a "new" car radiator from euro car parts.... this is what i recieved, in there defence they did offer me a full refund and would let me use the online 20% discount for the more exspensive one. Naturally i rwfused and they agreed to give me the more exspensive one for the same price as the other... bxut being without my car for 2 days cost me £300quid so not like i saved anything. Wont be using them again.”

“Ordered parts, no problem. The website shows cheaper options, but wasn’t able to order online. Didn’t give delivery or pickup choice. Why have them on, if they’re only for certain area.”

“Euro Car Parts has very good customer service, and option of choice of branded parts and for most modern cars on brittish roads. there prices are competitive and there is a click and collect service too if you order and pay online in advance before collecting from there store.”

“The brake discs are ordered and were told was in stock and available to collect same day we're not in stock after I driven an hour and a half to collect them. I was told they would be in stock the next day and when I came down they were still not there. I had to buy another set of disc brakes which were double the price I have yet to be refunded for the original set of discs despite phoning four times and visiting the shop twice”

“I've been served by the same person at Euro car parts northampton a few times. He is always friendly, he seems very knowledgable and works very hard. There is often a queue but he processes customers' orders very quickly, often with seemingly minimal support from colleagues.”

“Ordered parts on a Friday morning for a 4pm pick up. Later drove for 40 minutes, arrived at 4:50 and the parts weren't there. Was advised to return Saturday after 11am. Returned Saturday at 11:15 and the parts still hadn't arrived but they had one on the shelf I could have?!?! But, I'd have to return on the following Monday to get my refund for the service exchange. Returned again on the Tuesday and my order hadn't arrived, although the helpful lady sorted my service exchange refund. I wasted 3 hours travelling plus the cost of fuel, not taking into account having the car off the road. Not the service I expect.”

“I ordered pads and discs online, the man at Filton insisted he knew best and ultimately gave me the wrong sizes. Ordered a replacement key for an astra from Avonmouth and they gave me a Ford key. On returning both items they have still only refunded the cost of the key. I will be returning to demand the price difference of the discs that has yet to reach my account!”
