“Website easy apart from discount code. Expected a free gift as per offer but all gone on collecting parts. Bought brakes which fitted easily and no issues, will see if they last as long as originals. Staff at shop were really helpful.”

“I recently purchased a MAF sensor for my car as reccomended by a gentleman working the store after explaining what was going on with my car, after the part was fitted by a qualified technician it was discovered that the problem was not the MAF sensor in my car, I immediately contacted the branch I bought the part from 2 hours previously only to be told that I could not return the part as it had been fitted, I explained that the part was fitted by a qualified technician then asked HOW WOULD I KNOW THE PART WASNT NEEDED UNLESS IT WAS FITTED? I was told once again I could not return the part as it had been fitted. Im now £60 out of pocket for a part that I don't need. Please check with the sales person before you commit to buying any replacement parts.”

“A few things to complain about first is the que was out the door took over 30 minutes to get served only one person on the till and second I ordered brake pads and discs and they weee the total wrong ones”
