“My only complaint was not using euro parts before was tying to find out what was the surcharge for. as phone busy , and chat thing said it did not understand, After driving to store where assistant explained eveything including dicount available i had to drive back home to order online then return following day to collect parts, apart from that their service was vety good,”

“Had the part I needed available immediately, so I wasnt bothered about it being a tiny more expensive than online sellers. Counter staff member I had was a little blunt/grumpy, but I wasn't there for a romantic date, and it could've been one of those days for them, so I won't hold that against them. They had what I wanted, when I wanted it, for a price I was willing to pay. The rest isn't important really.”
