“Order was due in on a Saturday morning. Arrived at the store to be told it wasn't there even though I got an email saying it was ready for collection. Guy said problem with system and he would have to reorder and would not be in until the Tuesday. Went to store on the Tueaday to be told it had not arrived and to come back on the next day Wednesday. Went to store on the Wednesday to be told hadn't arrived. It eventually arrived on the Thursday. 4 times I had to go to store. Very poor service. I'm to this say over another week layer getting emails to remind me to pick up my order.”

“The tyre gauge is so poorly made the gauge part immediately sheared off the plastic stick and was totally useless so it was returned for a refund”

“Trying to rearrange re-delivery of my order from the Birkenhead store has been more challenging than I could ever imagine. They put the phone down or don’t answer. When I did get through and requested re-delivery last Thursday nothing arrived. I am really unimpressed.”

“I bought a pool that was on sale on June 19. I was told I could collect it 3 days later. When I went after 3 days, they said the product hadn’t arrived yet and told me to come back on Friday. I went on Friday, but it still hadn't arrived, and they told me to come on Monday. In the meantime, I keep getting emails saying 'Your product has arrived, come and pick it up,' but the product is still nowhere to be seen, and I haven’t received a proper response. Today is the 29th, and I’m still waiting for the product to arrive.”

“Absolutley usless.. staff completley disingaged .. waited and waited for item..... 15 min later someone brought it out ... but the best part was when I was informed I had not picked up the parts .... I am not dishonest so did not want the items Free ...”

“Ordering was quick and easy but we paid £6 for next day delivery on Thursday, should have arrived on Friday, it was delivered Saturday evening as I was about to go out, not sure if it's euro car parts fault for late despatch or Evri's for late delivery”

“Goods were delivered to my door , however I did'nt get a notice of delivery and when the parts came they were not in a box. The items were in their own package ( 2 x air filters) and the screen wash, which had an included tablet pack, was seperated from each other. It appears that the lot was just chucked by the door. Luckily my door is away from the street.”
