“I ordered four items from Euro Car Parts. The courier only delivered the 3. The order wasn't packed in one box; they delivered all the items separately. When I spoke with customer service and explained my situation, they hung up on me without any explanation. That was the last time I ordered anything from them.”

“I ordered new windscreen wipers, top quality! I desperately needed replacement ones but a member of staff saw me struggling to fit them so came out of store and fitted them for me which was amazing. He really went the extra mile and I was so very grateful. Unfortunately I didn't get a name but its not the first time staff have been helpful there. Thanks to the staff member and well done that store! If only every shopping experience was as stress free huh!!!!”

“I ordered some parts from my local euro car part and I use the discount but I didn’t pick up on time so I placed another order when I went to the shop. The guy was saving me. He sold me the order that is more expensive.. and I find it that just misleading customer and trying to get money out of customer”

“I contacted them about an order that was wrong, the gentleman was lovely and helpful. The new replacement was here within a matter of hours. Being disabled I can't get to the shop so easily and they accommodated this without hassle... My new wiper blades are amazing! Would definitely recommend this company, customer service is perfect.”
