“Ordered a bleed kit on line which told me my item was ready to pick up. Traveled 12 miles to store to be told they didn't have it. Requested a refund and from every day since they email to collect. They have not got a clue what they are doing and no-one seems bothered.”

“Pity my item got delivered when I was out as there was no email advising when delivery would take place. Had I known I would not missed the driver by 10 minutes. Can`t fault the shock absorbers though or the price”

“Poor consistency of communication. Went to collect a couple of parts and one couldn't be found. Staff advised they will post, took details. Had to ring back to see progress a week later. They want me to go again to pick it up. Waste of time.”

“Placed an order on 16th April and as of 6th May, I still have not received it, nor have I received an email to say it’s been dispatched. I have contacted them to ask where my order is and was told I would get a response within 4hrs but 24hrs later I still have not had a response.”

“Customer service last Sunday was shocking . Was kept in a que for 50 mins to be told no refunds on a Sunday come back next day . Surely a small notice on counter say no refunds Sundays we be a polite notice to save wuring for nothing wasteing my time .”

“Awful , everything is always overpriced , I bought brake lubricant says £4:09 online but is advertised on the shop shelf for. £3:99! Yet I was charged £4:09 , went for wheel cleaner advertised as a start buy at £4:99 shop wanted £7:49 and refused to charge me less or change the price I left and I’ll never shop there again this is way too frequent”

“Parts are good but I only use euros if I need the part there and then as there prices are a lot higher then anyone else even with the discount codes there prices are a joke really they used to be competitive what's happened”

“Ordered Car battery which was perfect for my car. However, the battery was ordered for next day delivery with a charge of £5.95 which I paid. The battery did not arrive on the next day. I contacted customer sevices and they said that there is a cut off time for next day delivery if ordered late at night. My question is that if a cut off time applies then why is Euro car parts website providing a option on their website to checkout and pay for next day delivery. The money is gone and the next day service was not provided.”
