“Eurocarparts clear Sold me a customer return with missing items in the box. Also I ordered item on line for delivery using my registration plate only to be told it was unsuitable for my car and I should have go into the shop. Waist of time and expense. Had to get a refund. Tried to return online and had to provide photos, but the app refused to accept the photos. Too big.”

“Good stock guy on counter In Mallusk is great he gets a 10/10 , in general the prices are creeping up compared to other local car part suppliers I now feel e c p are becoming one of the expensive shops but it’s local to me 1 ml so will use to save longer trips. One of most important things is exchange policy I think it could be extended to 30 days as if in my case working out doors a lot I could have the parts but the weather could hold me up a week sometimes 2 so with just short return period scared to buy too many parts in advance.”
