“Having received by courier a leaking new Bosch battery, and having not received a reply to my request for guidance on what steps to take, I telephoned customer services to explain the position. As soon as I had done that, my adviser actioned the supply of a replacement battery within 18 hours or thereabouts of my call- and that 18 hours includes overnight. And so the next morning, a Euro Car Parts driver turned up at my house at 9 am with the new battery and to take the faulty one away. This is absolutely exemplary service, it having been explained to me that it was because of a backlog of emails that my initial query had not been dealt with. Both the customer adviser and the delivery driver could not have been more hepful and friendly. This review has received 5 stars not only because of this present matter but because, having bought a number of batteries and other car parts from the Company over the years, I have always received good products and helpful service.”
