“Good stock guy on counter In Mallusk is great he gets a 10/10 , in general the prices are creeping up compared to other local car part suppliers I now feel e c p are becoming one of the expensive shops but it’s local to me 1 ml so will use to save longer trips. One of most important things is exchange policy I think it could be extended to 30 days as if in my case working out doors a lot I could have the parts but the weather could hold me up a week sometimes 2 so with just short return period scared to buy too many parts in advance.”

“Counter staff borderline ignorant and aloof. I ordered .y parts, was told they'd arrived, drove 9 miles specially for them only to be told they hadn't arrived or been sold to someone else. Had to return following day to collect the reordered parts. No apology from counter staff but the same indifferent borderline rude manner displayed. Very disappointed with the service I received”
