“Excellent service from ECP, compared prices online for a 10foot over ground pool, their price for the 12ft version was cheaper than competitors. Ordered online on a Saturday arrived on Monday earlier than expected, a ECP delivery driver who was super friendly and helped lift the parcel to a designated space. Have already recommended to family friends as would have never have thought of using for a pool !”

“Unhappy with the service because I got six extra payments taken from my account that I was not expecting or clearly aware of at the time of purchase. I only became aware of the issue after checking my bank statements, which caused unnecessary concern and inconvenience. I then had to go to the shop to complain in order to resolve the matter, after which I was refunded. Although the refund has now been issued, I am still not satisfied with the overall experience. The lack of clarity during the checkout process has affected my confidence in using the service again. I hope this feedback is taken into consideration to improve transparency for future customers.”
