“I ordered new discs and brake pads on “Click and Collect”. They were waiting for me when I turned up the next day. The pads were clearly labelled as suitable for my car, but the discs were not labelled as such. The storeman took the trouble to check and confirmed that they were suitable for my car. When I started to work on my car, it was apparent that the discs and pads, although worn, were still well within the car’s specifications. It was not economic to replace them yet and so (reluctantly - they were very ‘shiny and new’!) I went back to the Europarts store for a return and refund. The return and refund were handled with courtesy and efficiency. The refund appeared in my bank account three days later. The whole process was the epitome of service. No fuss and no alarms; just an efficient and courteous service. I have had an issue with a Euro Car Parts return in the distant past, but I can’t fault their service this time. I will definitely use Euro Car Parts again.”

“Second time this year when I am placing an order with Euro Car Parts and the delivery fails. Not sure what is the problem or if their delivery company fails to deliver in good time, but is just impossible to get your delivery in good time or without reaching out to customer service.”

“Great value extra long Torx screw drivers. Used to undo a dastardly constructed hozelock auto rewind casing. Very much up to the task and a bonus was they’re magnetised so the screw ls came straight out from their subterranean enclosure. Ordered the night before and were ready for collection first thing next day - all very easy and straightforward. Well done ECP.”

“So, I bought a paint pen, so I could write torque figures and lines on suspension parts, and here I am being asked for a review.. woo! The paint pen works great. The staff at my local branch are dead-on. Your click and collect service works fine. Have 4/5 stars. Why not five? Don't put cardboard placards of products on hangers pretending that you have stock. Either stock it, or don't. Pretending you have stock is tacky and lame.”
