“I ordered break pads and disks for my car. I put my reg in and was taken to the page with the ‘correct’ items that match my car. Once I paid for them and went to pick them up I took them to the garage and the mechanic told me they were the incorrect size. I went back to euro car parts and said they gave me the wrong size so they replaced it with the ‘correct’ size. Went back to the mechanic he said it was still incorrect. Went back a third time for them to tell me the size I need was out of stock??? They gave me a full refund which was due in 3-5 working days but I needed to go somewhere else to buy the correct parts. Now I’ve got no money and no parts :( had to go into my overdraft to buy the actual correct parts from a different shop. Obviously I did get the refund eventually but this was very inconvenient!”

“Always a wait to collect when going into store then they had to go and find what I ordered they should be a single till for click n collect items And constant emails are not good about offers I only want to know about what I have ordered.”
