“I am a regular customer of EuroCar Parts as l find your car parts are good quality and are very competitively priced. However, l do not understand why you only provide discount when you order parts on line. I have often purchased parts on line to get the discount when l arrive at the store to collect them l suddenly remember l need to get another part and then l don’t get discount again unless l order it on line it’s a complete faff. Apply discount the same on line as you do in store.”

“ordered 3 wiper blades, all apparently sent seperatly via EVRI none arrived, Evri claimed a different package was wiper blades lucky you could see from the pic it was not true. Had to spend 30mins on phone and then operator did not do what they promised. Have eventually got my money back, shambles!”

“Don’t expect the correct part! Imputed my Reg No & Was given the option of two sets of wiper blades to fit my car . Picked a set & home delivery. When they arrived they did not fit. So had to take them back to the local branch . They would not refund the delivery charge as apparently “ It stated they may fit my car , not that they definitely would!” Then I had to go back a second time as the correct wipers were not in stock . So I payed for delivery & I had to travel to the branch twice for the items . Cracking service 😡..Won’t be using Euro car parts again thanks .”
