“Fantastic service I ordered at night and I received my delivery the very next day,I wasn't expecting it so fast so I was out and the delivery driver called me so I could tell him to leave in a safe place,just a shame my husband ordered the wrong size🙈”

“Upon collection realised these bulbs are sold in pairs. Therefore I asked the lady in the till to process one of the package for refund and I am keep the other. The lady looked at me with the disgust in her face to a deep breath and told me on a dismissive tone: bear with me. At this stage I was considering to tell her: never mind I just keep it if it a problem. But I stayed quiet and she processed the return which took about 1 minute. Do not really understand why she could not be kinder, the shop floor was empty and I was polite, shame she was not. Bad customer service. The bulbs are great fit and works well.”

“AVOID AT ALL COST !!! Bought a part which should be delivered 3/4 working days . 5 days later no part , no tracking available. Took me 3.5 hours to get through on the phone ( online help messages don’t work and you be talking to AI !) only to find that they haven’t got it in stock for another 7 days !!! I could get the part somewhere else within that time and stuck for another 5 days for new part to arrive from somewhere else cos it was Thursday night . Wouldn’t recommend euro car parts to my worst enemy . Stay well clear to save yourself heart attack”

“Waited over 30 mons to be served last Sunday. Queueing around the shop. 2 serving and 2 standing watching. Never again.. it was a click and collect order or I would have walked out. Some very unhappy customers in the shop. Organisation skills terrible.”

“Pretty simple visit, having 2 people serving isnt enough, poor staff were run off there feet as the que went out the door. It's a store that generally has the most in stock at short notice but 2 members of staff weren't enough. Took me around 30 mins to get through que and receive my items which I also had to get off the shelf myself.”

“Discovered a problem with my car and identified what part was needed. Went to the Euro Car website and found the part which they had in stock at my local branch. Ordered on Sunday evening and able to pick up first thing on Monday. First class. Thank you”
