“ECP saved me a few times in emergencies when something goes wrong with the car repair on Sundays. This isthe only car parts shop I know that it's open both weekend days and the parts are of good a quality/price ratio .”

“I did a click and collect order. Went to collect the order and they had sold half my order to someone else. Their excuse was, yeah well, stock goes up and down. The whole point in a click and collect order is the stock is reserved as it was already paid in full. This is the second time this branch has fallen short. First time they sold me break shoes which the site said fitted my vehicle, well after stripping the wheel down and going to fit them, we find out they are not for the vehicle at all.”
