“I work for the local Hospital and as my Job is high pressured, I like to enjoy going about my own personal business with ease. As my car is expensed by the trust, i pay for wear and tear items. I came in to buy a wiper blade and some screenwash last week. I had some trouble witj the app on my phone, so i put an order in online. I then went in to the shop and was told i needed to wait for 15 mins for the order to show and be picked. So i went back and waited in my car. After 10 mins a chap came and told Me my goods were ready. 4 stars for the cherstey staff for their courtesy but euros, 15 min wait i accept for food orders but a simple off the shelf order, you need to sort to get the 5th star.”

“I bought a set of brembo discs and pads from euro parts to fit myself I used my registration number when I ordered them so I thought they would be right I got home realise that it was a too big a job for me so I booked it in to my local garage they got the car in bit come to fit the discs and they was the wrong discs and pads the cose me a hour of labour charges I will not use euro parts again it's not been the since they joined with the new company”

“I use Euro Car Parts often, they are my preferred parts supplier. This time I ordered new discs and pads on the app but to be honest the app is a little confusing with so many options and I ordered the wrong rear discs, when I went to collect at Hoddesdon I asked the young lady to check what I ordered and she quickly realised my mistake, refunded the incorrect discs and found the correct ones all in stock. You consistently provide a very good service and I would highly recommend.”

“ordered online for a branch collection, arrived ar branch and arfer the staff could not find my item, i looked around and saw one on the shelf, it was cheaper in store than online. As it was a pay on collection i mentioned to the staff member it was actually cheaper in store and i would happily pay the in store amount, i was told that as i had ordered it on line i would have to pay that price. I thought that he was joking, he was not i cancelled the on line purchase and sugested i could come back in and buy the shelf one, i did not.”
