Ordered oil online for payment in store. Took payment in store and told they don’t have it. Told not to use online payment but I paid in store. Then when I asked for a different one was given oil not to my car spec. Even told them their website doesn’t recommend this oil. Ended leaving paying £50 extra for bigger bottle of original as they couldn’t help and were getting stressed out with the length of the queue.

Have been using ecp for a few y ears now they always have what I need it's easy to find what I want and this order i did on a Friday evening and it was delivered the next day before 10am very good customer service will definitely use again thanks

Really upset when I got home from work and the item I had ordered for my fathers birthday/Christmas had come in the original box with the invoice slip loose so was obvious what I had ordered and ruined the surprise completely as it was handed directly to him. Especially around Christmas you should never hand the item in its original packaging!

Nice simple transaction, ordered AD Blue on line and it was delvered free to my local store for pick-up. Item arrived when expected and the price was a lot cheaper than others.

Ordered online to collect. Then when I got there, computers where down. That's fair enough. Took a while to find the item that I also saw on the shelf as I walked in. Inexperienced staff (not their fault) young kid in college who had to keep asking his manager for queries. I only went in for a bottle of coolant. Then I asked about a bulb, the exact type, reg of car, and all details after the young staff speaking to the manager again I was asked to provide the bulb in person so they could match it.

Walking into your store is a fascinating sociological experiment. Without fail, I am greeted by the sight of a single, heroic staff member sweating profusely while attempting to run the counter, find returns, pick orders, and essentially perform a one-person interpretive dance of "panic." ​Meanwhile, the back office appears to be hosting a VIP lounge for staff whose primary job description is "look busy while doing nothing," and the stock room is populated by employees who seem to believe they are decorative furniture, strictly there to bond with their smartphones. ​I’ve been told the other staff aren’t "trained" to help at the counter. I didn't realise that typing on a keyboard or handing over a cardboard box required a PhD in Astrophysics, but here we are. You might want to check out a niche, unknown business model used by a small indie startup called "Aldi." When it gets busy, they.... and sit down for this.... actually put staff on the tills. Wild concept, I know.

Parts ordered and delivered ok. Oil and filter changed ok. Wheels off, brakes and discs stripped only to find the pads ordered against my reg no were incorrect! The fact that box had been opened before and one set of pads unwrapped makes me suspect this may have happened previously. No option but to reassemble with old parts😡. Went to store and resolved but a lot of wasted time, petrol etc,

Needed some diesel particulate fluid for my Peugeot Partner and needed it that same day without waiting days for an online delivery. It was in stock and got it the same day. Got my van sorted and reset the engine warning light with happy motoring again.

my most recent order than staff member stayed to 1 minute past closing time to give me my brake pads which i was very grateful for. absoloute brilliant service having called and said 5min away in traffic was told no problem. give the fella a pay rise or im taking legal action
