“When I collected the part the box was already open, I didn’t mind too much but when I came to fit the part it was the wrong one . Looking at the part number on the part and on the box they did not match. Obviously this has been put into the wrong box and not checked . I the had to take this back to return it , this took the best part of Saturday due to travelling there and back so not impressed at all”

“Likes. Plug in number plate to go direct to applicable range. Normally several options (I go for OEM quality brands). Regular useful discounts. Click and Collect convenient (shout out for the Medway Kent people, friendly and efficient). Online ordering straightforward. Dislike. Nothing really. Review from long time non professional amateur.”

“Very dissatisfied with delivery. Item never arrived. When I contacted customer services they explained the item had been out for delivery but was at the store. In the end I had to collect from store, which again caused further delays. I didn't receive any update via email of delivery status.”
