“I am hesitant to say this, but the online purchase system is very poor. I went to the outlet to collect my items one hour after placing the online order, but unfortunately the order was not available in their system, even after I waited another hour. The sales agent did not take any initiative to resolve the issue, even after I provided proof of purchase. After this experience, I will not attempt to make an online purchase from you again. Thanks”

“Been to euro car parts a couple of times in the last few weeks . Order what I needed and chose to pay at store so reserved the item. When I got there the staff where having problems with there computer system but that wasn't a problem to them they got what I wanted and said when my order came through they would cancel it as I had already had my part .was very quick in there and the staff where very helpful even with the problems they had .”

“Hate going to this place , got told the order had not gone through for click and collect and told to re join the back of the queue. Then after 5 people had been served they found it. To spend 45 mins in a shop to collect a click and collect is not acceptable these days.”
