“ordered online for a branch collection, arrived ar branch and arfer the staff could not find my item, i looked around and saw one on the shelf, it was cheaper in store than online. As it was a pay on collection i mentioned to the staff member it was actually cheaper in store and i would happily pay the in store amount, i was told that as i had ordered it on line i would have to pay that price. I thought that he was joking, he was not i cancelled the on line purchase and sugested i could come back in and buy the shelf one, i did not.”

“They really are the best (and frequently the cheapest) for this sort of thing. My home delivery arrived the next day because "I was passing nearby". If you're really in a hurry i.e. flat battery, just pop in never had to wait more than 10 minutes.”
