“Parts were in stock which was the main reason for collecting at my local Euro Car Parts and not having to wait to do the job. Euro Car Parts were also the cheapest with the discount applied.”

“E3 in bow it’s my local store .. Branch need minimum 2 person in till on weekends …long wait all that time .. I’ve nothing against guy was working in the till he needs to improve his customer service skills. Very cocky guy.”

“Service Very Bad.I still haven’t recieved my Order bearing Order no 511-00001752768.I was told it would be delivered on the 30/01/2026 and still not received it.When called customer care they reply saying they will check and get back but till now no reply on my order.”

“Ordered parts to be delivered on a selected day(premium service), never delivered, after chasing them through email everyday and cancelling the order they still delivered partially the order after 7 days. I had to get the parts from a different supplier. Managed the get a full refund and after still 2 weeks they haven't collected their parts. I won't be using the delivery service ever again.”

“I wanted to change the wiper blades of my BMW 4 series for original fit ones. Euro Car Parts had Valeo ones which are sold in sets. I have fitted them now, and they are much quieter than my last set, and even look better.”

“Quick easy ordering , and delivery! The delivery driver went above and beyond, as I was bed bound , at delivery time. He placed behind gate in a safe place made sure everything was secured, before leaving.!! A very pleasant helpful man, a credit to euro car parts!!👍”

“The wiper I bought was exactly right for my car. I ordered it online and collected in store in Norwich Hall Road. There was one person serving behind the counter and despite there being multiple others heard and seen in the store, no one came to help deal with the queue of people stretching out the door.”

“Generally good however sometimes I find staff at the Farlington could do more to ensure they serve customers waiting at the front desk quicker. Had to go out of my way to go around the goods in entrance to persuade someone to try serve us after 10+ minutes waiting”
