“Not very helpful friendly service not my issue I ordered from app in car park outside and your system can’t catch up and you couldn’t issue any staff training for smiling at customers on a Sunday afternoon ….costs nothing to smile 😀”

“I ordered an item online, no stock at my local stores, so reserved at a store 40 minutes drive away for collection the next morning as the store was closing soon. Before I left home , I phoned the store to confirm my order was in stock and ready for pick up, it was. I also received a phone call from the store to to inform me my order was ready. After a 35-40 drive and fuel cost I was told they couldn't find my item and were out of stock.”

“Honestly I can not thank the blackburn/Darwen branch staff enough they really went above and beyond for me. As a women I hate going in to places like this as im clueless with all car stuff. But every single staff member I came across over the past couple of weeks (yes weeks as I ordered the wrong parts online 😂 ) but the staff helped me make sure I got the right parts. Honestly true credit to your store! I didnt manage to get all the names i no one man was called hamza the ladies name that was on the till or other man that helped didnt catch there names either but they all went above and beyond. Thank you all so much will absolutely be my new go to for any car parts now.”
