“Customer friendly but not customer focused. Only 1 person serving and the person in front of me appeared to be ordering every part for their car it would probably have been easier to buy a new car. Same person ordering was same person getting items. I simply had a click and collect order. No one else appeared to be there to help / support and 1 person trying to do it all. Queue had formed behind me. Had there been a reaction to the queue amd speed of service it would have been faultless”

“Great quality and good price. Picture displayed a pair but it wasn’t made very clear that you only receive one - products that are not sold as a pair should only have one displayed in the images and maybe a caption in the image to remind you that items are not sold as a pair.”

“I ordered a washer pump for a Ford Fiesta and needed it next day. I paid extra for next day delivery but it didn't arrive. I contacted Euro Car Parts web chat and they assured me it would still arrive which it didn't. I then got in touch with Euro Car Parts customer service and more than a week later still haven't heard back. I cancelled the order and got a refund through PayPal, but since this the refund has been reversed and the part arrived even though I said I no longer want it. So I still don't have my money back and have a part I don't need. Not best please. In the end I went through a local company instead and wish I had done this in the first place. Would not reccomend.”
