“I ordered a pair of rear discs and a set of brake pads, the parts were available from 15.30 the following day. I collected them just before 16.00 and recieved good service from the assistant. The parts were spot on and competitively priced. (I did receive a couple of text messages reminding me to collect my parts) but the job was complete before this.”

“Purchased parts fora DIY car service. Guy working the counter was very helpful as I had ordered two parts, not knowing which one was the correct one. Once we'd identified the correct part he refunded the other one with no hassle.”

“Archaic click and collect system which involves going in, the counter worker scrawling out the order on a piece of paper and handing it to packing staff whilst you wait around for 15 minutes for it to be picked. instead of a stream line system you would experience in any other click and collect store. The order was also picked wrong and further replacements never arrived despite being informed to come collect them. Lot of faffing for no good reason really.”

“My order was missing parts, this was not checked, and i required my order to be able to travel that day, this set back caused me immense stress and anxiety, considering I put my faith in the service of this company, and will not be using euro car parts again or recommending them. I had to wait 7 days for a refund, and then had to fork out a higher price to find an alternative that same day, since this company could not offer a replacement, and this closest alternative was an hours drive away.”

“Easy to view parts online, chose my part went to collect as fairly local and with the help of staff left with a part of an exhaust that was successfully fitted the very next day without much fuss, great part, excellent service and fit very much perfectly.
