“Ordered replacement wipers for my mini F56 late on a Friday, paid for next day...but assumed it might not get to me until the Monday? Low and behold it was delivered before midday Saturday.....brilliant!”

“You have become far too expensive, it used to be the case that only your in store prices were high, but now its the same for online too. I used to use you a lot, but it's just ridiculous, eg. Engine oil, cheaper to get delivery from opie oils than to walk to your store.”

“the small part I oredered was not delivered for 2 weeks. I spent too much time on the chatbot trying to get info from them then a message via their website and a reply saying they'd find me a solution in 24 hours but didn't. I emailed back for the follow up and got no reply. I then phoned and spent 40 minutes just waiting on hold for the call to be answered. Then I went to the branch to collect the order that wasn't delivered. they had it but hand't delieved it. No apology or explanation.”

“Never received my filters. After a week of waiting I contacted the company and was told that they'd been delivered and was sent photo's of a premises that I didn't recognise, then after another conversation was told that it was a mistake and they weren't delivered so if not due to arrive soon I asked to be refunded only to be told by customer services that the branch had informed them that I had been reimbursed but she could tell off her system that I hadn't. Leaving me now option but to contact my bank for a refund and order the parts from the local motor factors to get the job done. That's the last time that I will ever use Euro car parts now”

“A fairly discreet company with some very competitive prices. I failed to collect an order on time twice in a row at the pick-up point, so it was returned each time. The second time, knowing that I was too late, I went anyway just in case. The item had just been returned and the refund process started. I asked the nice chap at the counter if by any chance he'd have it in store, and he did! He seemed quite happy to have helped. The product was half the price offered by any other online or street retail store. So it was worth the trip to collect.”
