“Paid for express next day delivey, Item came 3 days later. Rang up on the second day to ask when the item would arrive and was told the driver would call when on the way... No phone call! When the time was approcahing 5:30, I called to ask if the item was still coming. When the phone was answered, I was the placed on hold for 20 mins. When they call handeller came back on the phone, I was told that the driver has been to the house, but no one answered and there was no safe plce to leave the parcel. I expalined this was a total lie, as our front door was open all day with a stair gaurd put in place, so to stop the dogs going out. I also explained we have CCTV and reviewing the cameras, no one at all came to the house. The call handeller, just say oh well it is what it is, and that they will deliver it the following day. When the item arrived, it turned out it wasn't wven the item I ordered. However, I was able to msake use of it. Very poor customer experience.”

“Ordering the item i wanted was a doddle. Actually getting it though was another matter entirely! After the 4 day window i was given for delivery had passed i cakes up to be told my item would 'definitely be delivered today, or maybe tomorrow.' 2 days after that i rang up to chase again and the first person i spoke to couldn't find out what had gone on as the package was still showing as processing, so he asked the store manager to call back. To be completely fair the store manager chased the delivery company and an hour or so later the item arrived. The manager was very friendly and apologetic, and did sort the problem very quickly, but having to chase the order twice wasnt exactly ideal.”

“This is a great store you can check if an item is in store and you will get a text to say it's ready for collection. The good thing is you can pay for it up front or pay in store when u collect it”

“It took 10 days to get the item. That said, both phone Customer service and my local store staff were excellent in attitude and seeking to provide up to date information. Please encourage delivery staff to be proactive in contacting customers when delivery delays occur. No contact gives a bad impression that I’m sure does not reflect their concern.”
