“Great range of products at competitive prices. It was also very easy to process to order the items I required on line to collect in store. However, collection of the goods was a different matter. There was only one person on the counter in the store with a queue of customers waiting to be served. He was taking orders at the counter then going through to pick the items out from the storeroom! No other staff members came out to help on the counter or even pick the ordered items from warehouse. I had to wait for 20 minutes to collect my items! This is not the first time I have experience this issue. Surely extra staff should be assigned to manning the counter when a queue builds up. It makes a mockery on click and collect service.”

“Excellent service, ordered online, got in touch with local branch about rearranging collecting the item earlier than stated on the online order confirmation. They managed to get it brought in from another branch so I could pick it up a day earlier. Many thanks, it really helped me out👍👍”

“I had purchased windscreen wiper blades through eurocarparts that unfortunately did not meet my car's specifications, despite using the reg tool. It seems that the manufacturer of the blade also made a mistake by listing my car as compatible, so not really eurocarparts' fault. Nevertheless, eurocarparts quickly helped me sort a return of the product from any branch store, so overall it was a good experience with the company.”
