“They gave me the wrong part, and I discovered this after trying to fit it on the car. Wasted my time. On a previous occasion, they refused to honor the warranty on a clutch. It broke down after ONLY 10.000 miles.”

“Bought front and rear brakes. Got them home and they wasn’t even for my car. I put my reg into the website and still given the wrong items. I had to travel back to store to find out they had none in stock. I then had to go to another store to purchase the correct ones. I was told in store that the website is not correct and gives different options and chose the wrong ones. What is the point of entering a registration to be given the option to buy the wrong make.”

“Hi I purchased this washer. Extremely bad quality. Had just worked one season. Packed carefully and stored. Next summer leaking gun, and couldn’t maintain its pressure. Poor product !”

“Ordered a new battery,it was delivered the next day,but I was not in,delivery man left a card,I rang Euro car parts,who was really helpful,they contacted delivery man to see if he would come back,ECP phoned to say the driver would return,within the hour I received my battery which I was really glad,would like to thank the driver and ECP at Guildford for their help,”
