“Well for one my order never said it was out for delivery and I waited 5 days and nothing, not an email to say it’s due nothing, then after a week I emailed them to ask where my stuff is they came back with “it’s been delivered” well no it hasn’t. Found out that it had been left on my next door neighbours door step that was away on holiday for 3 days in the rain. And still no email to say that it had been delivered.”

“Ordered a car jack from the Edinburgh West branch at a fair price. I selected delivery due to current traffic issues on Turnhouse Road. It felt like I had barely plonked my backside down for a cup of coffee when the delivery driver arrived. Really friendly guy...though I did expect him to be wearing a 🦸‍♂️ outfit given the pick and delivery was faster than a speeding bullet! Really impressed with the delivery service. I normally collect, but as stated traffic in that area currently is horrendous, so I will now consider further delivery based on this experience. Major 👍 up to Euro car parts”

“Great service right from the start. Really easy to find the battery i required on the web site & at a fair price, available for next day delivery/collection, opted to collect on my way home from work Staff were friendly and helpful, even reminding me that the battery came with a 4 year guarentee as opposed to the default 3 year. I will definitley be back for more.”

“Great customer service especially at the stockport branch , shame about the website , I bought a part that said it was specific for my car , which I found out it wasnt , I went to return it , which I did with no problems , I asked for advice and was told that all the items on the website , there were 4 of them , none fit may car , so why have them listed , quite annoying when your not a mechanic or someone in the know who relies on this kind of information”
