“No problem with the products when finally arrived but stated 3-4 days delivery and took 2 weeks! Phoned daily for 5 days and every time was told we’d get an email but never did. Finally someone sorted it and it arrived the next day 2 weeks late!”

“I now order parts from you online due to the poor customer service within your branches no matter which one I go to. There will always only be one team member serving and lots of team members out back talking ignoring customers. I have had this in your Camberley Farnborough and Chertsey branches. You need to pay more attention to customer service over the counter in stores. I particular your Farnborough store I had to wait for an hour whilst there were other team members out back ignoring customers. I personally feel your in store customer service across all stores I visit is unacceptable and poor.”

“Ordered some windscreen wiper on line. Finding which ones to buy was easy and they arrived next day on a 3-5 day delivery charge. They were easy to fit. The delivery man did howerevr leave then in a bush as oppsed to behind a gate etc.Shame.”
