“I ordered a replacement wiper blade for my car and paid for it online with a 10% discount. When I collected it, it did not fit, although the purchase came with an assurance that it would. I had to change it for a more expensive Bosch part, which did fit. I was not, however, offered the same discount as before. I do not consider this to be fair.”

“I ordered online, whet to collect my items and the oil filter came out but had been used so the man got me another one and when i went to my customers house that evening to fit it was incorrect, i even asked the staff to double check. This is NOT the first time I've brought a part that has been used. it seems people buy goods then return them if incorrect but ECP should not accepted used parts. Next time i will buy from another store”
