“I was working away when I ordered so I could only pick the items up when I get home. I knew it was close to the 7 days so I rang the Clifton moor branch to confirm I would be picking up the items. When I got there the items were unavailable and a refund process had begun. Fair play to the guy I talked to he sorted it out. But very flaky!”

“Parts were correct and working. However customer service was very poor. Very long waits as only one till open, and people using the same line for both orders and click and collect. The same staff member was collecting orders from the warehouse and taking orders at the till. Overall very poor and inefficient customer service”

“I usually like to buy from Euro car part. This time however, I have ordered online for delivery. One of my expensive engine filter came in a damaged box, and looks like a return item. My cabin filter came with a different brand to the one I have ordered. They just put a note on the accompanied receipt that we tried to contact customer and no answer.”

“I needed a battery for a 56 plate Renault Modus . Most suppliers were a 1-2day wait but Euro parts had some in stock and were cheaper than most of the others . Easy , quick collection with absolutely no issues with the product. Will definitely check them out next time I need anything for the car .”
