“Very slow service, had only one sells assistant. Click and collect is as good as walking in. I had to confirm the order and then he disappeared to the back to start looking for the parts I guess. I didn't enjoy the experience.”

“Ordered a battery to be delivered, it’s been two weeks and loads of calls still not here , meant to delivered by evri and I think it’s lost in there warehouse, euro car parts have now ordered another battery and guess what , evri have it in there warehouse and I’m still waiting , absolutely ridiculous situation and I am fuming Total cockup , should have picked a battery up from store and wouldn’t be in this mess”

“Good products, price & delivery. Website wasn’t showing engine oil for my car which was a bit strange. Ended up getting oil elsewhere. I think that’s more of an issue with the website rather than the outlet though.”

“Recently ordered the wrong brake discs for my car, I was able to exchange them with no hassle and get the correct ones with no problems. The only thing I was supprised about was having to pay in full for the correct discs and then wait for a refund.”

“Online purchases are difficult due to poor part references based on car Reg. Recently purchased a DSG service kit that was confirmed as fitting 2.0 tdi Tiguan gearbox. The included filter did not fit resulting in additional purchase on day of job, this added £40 to the already eye watering cost of the kit, the wrong filter couldn’t be returned unless with the original kit containing oil. How come the small part shop I purchased the correct filter from had the proper reference, yet Europarts can’t on a popular vehicle such as a Vw Tiguan?”
