“I recently bought. replacement battery, it was listed at 345 pounds, the branch manager when approached recognised there was an issue witht their pricing and matched it to just below 200 and I would much prefer to purchase from a local reputable company so bought it.”

“Order placed, order accepted, money taken, no delivery. After chasing my own order, it was identified that they didn’t process the order on a secondary system. I had to make 4 long phone calls, and wait 2 days for a same day delivery costing me money. They offered £15 voucher. Pathetic. Will not be using again .”

“I ordered parts for click and collect at approximately 1:15pm which listed as available. This was followed by an email to inform me that the ordered parts would be available for collection at 7:00am the next day. I collected the parts as instructed. All good, but for the unanticipated wait.”
