“Very long queues during two recent visits to the Stoke branch. Found that the online price with the online discount is very competitive, but had to pay much more when the incorrect parts were returned and substituted for the correct parts in store. It was not my fault that the incorrect parts were originally supplied, but I lost the online discount when substitute parts were obtained on my second visit. Certainly not happy with the massive queues when picking up items and definitely not happy with big price rises when returning items incorrectly supplied.”
