“Ordered two items for delivery on 9th,July . Have chased twice and am still waiting on 20th,July. So much for delivery within 3-4 working days. Awful service. Never had a problem before so probably staffing levels problem.”

“I ordered some parts 11 days ago and my order still says processing with no update as to why it’s taking so long. This is my first and potentially last order as a result of this poor service. It has caused me to have to take the car off the road now as I was relying on having the parts within a reasonable timescale. Very unsatisfied with the entire process.”

“The Mann oil filter when I arrived was out of stock, wrong inventory was given a cheaper replacement Drive Tec as couldn’t wait till Monday. Not sure I was even given the difference back. Not the best but not the worst either”
