“Absolutely nothing wrong with EuroCarParts or their service, but the quality of the item I bought (and returned) leaves a lot to be desired. I blame myself, buy cheap get what you pay for, but as the item (pressure sprayer) would only be used possibly twice a month didn’t plan on spending much on it. Lesson learnt”

“Purchased brake pads, brake cleaner and caliper grease for my daughter's car and on stripping found that the existing pads were not even a quarter worn!! Obviously an unscrupulous garage had waffled to her hoping to get the job.😡😡 All parts returned to Europarts, Birkenhead within 2 hours of purchasing for a full refund within seconds, no questions asked. Now there's service with a smile😀😀 Excellent customer Service.”
