“I did click and collect but when I got to the store the antifreeze I wanted was cheaper on the desk than on line. I told the salesman that I didn’t want the antifreeze I ordered on line, I wanted the same one one the counter that was cheaper. Mad or what?”

“Website kept kicking me out then when order was placed I went to the site to collect it. It was 8 in the morning I just stood waiting eventually a member of staff came to the desk and pressed the bell. Another member of staff came to serve and gave me such a look of of disgust as though I had interrupted his day. As a result I will never use your company for any product or service again. Absolutely shocking customer service - how hard is it to smile and say hello???”
