“Prices seen keen .only thing I didn't like ,ordered and paid for my parts at 10am and the receipt suggested I couldn't pick up until after 4pm that day ..I really wanted them straight away .”

“I ordered online, whet to collect my items and the oil filter came out but had been used so the man got me another one and when i went to my customers house that evening to fit it was incorrect, i even asked the staff to double check. This is NOT the first time I've brought a part that has been used. it seems people buy goods then return them if incorrect but ECP should not accepted used parts. Next time i will buy from another store”

“I have ordered the part urgently (48h delivery), on Monday, part delivered Saturday. Customer service didn't know why my part was not sent on time or where it was. Hassle to return it now as need to do it in person so I can get refund premium delivery too. Little disappointed.”

“Ordered brakes and pads on Wednesday told they would over night them Friday to pick up on Saturday wanted fit then on Sunday but didn't turn up no email or messages to said they did not come had to had to go to the store to be told wouldn't be at the store until Monday have make arrangements for my son to pick them up very disappointed with the service”

“Not really happy with services provided by Europarts at Hayes I was supposed to get a delivery placed on Monday 9th of June said three to four days wait waited till the 5th day and then had to drive down to Hayes to collect the items with an oil change for my car due and oil filter needs changing but had wait this long i could have come and collect these things my self on Monday but not very Happy with the services provided by euro car parts”
