“The parts I ordered of the website after putting in my Reg, where incorrect parts. But when I was collecting them the Staff in the store where very helpful and found the correct parts and sorted the paperwork fast. I think some effort needs to be put into the website so these things don't happen again. The staff said the website is almost always wrong and to come into the store.”

“Terrible process. I bought a part based on reg number and fitment detail then confirmed with the assistsnt in store that it was the right part. But it was completely wrong requiring a 10 mile round trip to exchange. Also my order wasnt on system after a couple of hours so the branch told me to order again. But then both orders were processed and money taken, requiring a further refund. This is noy good customer service!”

“Ordered online showing 2 in stock and can be collected straight away, went to pickup item and they said they couldn’t find it and can refund me but would take a week or so to have the money back in my account, I then asked if they could get me one for the next day and they did.”

“The free delivery was exceptional as the unit arrived next day. Also, the product was exactly as described and I was able to fit it into my wife's car in just a few minutes. Which brought the windscreen washers on her Ford fiesta back to life.”

“I ordered and paid online then went to the shop to collect. At the shop the queue was 11 people long, a mix of click and collect and non c&c. It would be better if the c&c people could be in a separate queue because their processing is much faster. Many companies now provide a seperate terminal to enter your order no, then it gets brought out. This is more efficient for the business and the customer.”
