“Over the counter service in Ashford branch is awful . Plenty of staff in the office who look and don’t even acknowledge your arrival, and on more than one occasion after waiting some time to be served member of staff very rude with no basic customer service skills”

“Not great. Ordered a EV cable on line to be delivered. I didn't get any order confirmation, no delivery tracking, nothing to confirm the order had even been placed. Luckily I paid with PayPal so I at least had confirmation from them that a transaction had taken place. Called local Euro Parts centre after a few days and they confirmed that they had the cable and that it would be delivered the following day. Few days later, still no cable. Called again and they confirmed they had it, so I arranged to go collect it myself. Disappointing. But the guy on the desk was very helpful.”
