“Sorry not really impressive, I was given the wrong spare parts on my order, my car was half way repair & was shock to see the wrong item provided, I had to pay extra money for the mechanic to re assemble the old brake pad & go to bring the correct one. Guys please be extra careful just to avoid customers extra trip back to the shop. Thank you”

“Its been 10days since placing my order. Apart from order acknowledgement there has been no progress on my order. Delivery shluld be wothin 4 days so on day 5 logged with customer services. Havd sent follow on emails and not getting any reslonse back from ECP. Customer service is non existent. Stay away from online ordering and save yourselves the headache.”

“The collection point is a 40 min round trip from my house. To have the incorrect parts placed in the correct box was a major inconvenience and expense to me. Faced with the same choice I will rather support a competitor. The assistant at the counter was very helpful and fundamental in defusing what could have become a highly unpleasant exchange on the 2nd trip to the collection point.”
