“I had flown in from Ireland to pick up some parts from the main dealer and saw that Euro Car Oarts had some of the parts I needed at a much competitive price. I have been receiving emails from them for some years. I called in to the Trafford Park branch and asked about the discount I had been offered through the email. He explained that I had to apply for it through the Internet and it would take about twenty minutes. I sat outside in the car and applied for my discount. Twenty minutes later, my discount came through and my parts were waiting for me. Outstanding service, I'll shall certainly be back!”

“I purchased a new battery at the cost of £215, at the Harrow branch, when I got home and fitted the battery it was completely dead. I returned the battery the following day to the Wembely branch, they changed it without hesitation, shame I didn't go to Wembely in the first instance!”

“AWFUL!! I ordered parts on 05/07, I paid extra for them to arrive on fast delivery 07/07 which they never arrived. I needed these parts to be able to drive my car to get it retested from MOT garage, they never arrived. I rang up and asked where they were and I got the reply of the dispatch manager will get back to you, they never did. I then got hold of customer service and spoke to Amy which she said they will be delivered “ASAP” and they still haven’t turned up. My car was off the road for days longer than it needed to be as it was unable to drive until these parts arrived. This has cost me money at work as I am unable to drive my car. Appalling service! If I had honest answers I wouldn’t have minded but being let down multiple times is terrible.”

“Parts provided - Perfect, Collecting them - Less so. Ordered 2 rear wheel brake cylinders on line. Said all would be ready for collection at my local branch a few days later. On turning up, taps on terminal and I was informed Your parts are not here. Why ? They were cancelled by another branch. Oh OK well send them onto me when they come in. Sorry can't send online orders. But this is your fault. Let me check with my manager. Manager comes out and checks, "Oh your parts are here" Goes into warehouse, gets them and passes them to me. Parts were perfect, as ordered and fitted perfectly. No idea why collecting them was such a drama.”

“Very fast deliver BUT delivered the wrong item whilst I wasn’t in. Shop wouldn’t answer the phone, HQ couldn’t get hold of them either, so I had to drive to store to sort issue out. I’d ordered for delivery so I didn’t have to do this!”
