“They had the part I needed. I ordered online for click and collect at the Rotherham branch. They were having system issues on arrival and basically I had to order again in store. Part was on the shelf so easy enough. Would have thought this would have cancelled off the original order (even after replying to an email), but it didn’t, so spent a few days ignoring ‘your order is ready for collection’ emails but hey ho… these things happen. Part fitted lovely as a replacement for OEM.”

“Order new car battery Saturday pm, 08:30 Monday morning battery arrived on doorstep! It wasn't due until Wednesday! It was cheaper than the local shops, who would not deliver, and I could not collect as my battery was flat, duh!”
